Sleeping 6, apt. completely furnished with TV 's in every room. Building features 24-hour doorman at marbled lobby entrance. Located on fifth floor, underground parking space is included. We provide personal cell phone and pure drinking water during your stay. Twice a week cleaning, change of linens and towels included.

Area Information

Bring laptop or walk or use the COMPUTER at apartment. Apt located on very quiet stretch of Av. Pardo next to Brazilian Embassy and only short walk to supermarket, gymnasium or Helene Curtis Spa. Use modern granite-top kitchen or walk a few steps away to many restaurants. 5-block walk, west, to beautiful cliff-top ocean-view seafront parks, promenades, bicycle paths and playgrounds. 6 blocks, south and east to Larco Mar Mall and Kennedy Park and American sports bar and movies.

Parks nearby and very quiet and safe area of Miraflores with 24/7 security, staff very amicable.Internet access 24/7.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for business or family travel. The cleaning service is awesome. And the views from rooftop terrace are incredible. Will stay again.

Great apartment

My wife and two small children stayed in this apartment for 9 days during April. The amenities were excellent and the location was as good as it gets if you want to be near the excitement of city life in beautiful Miraflores but far enough where you still have privacy to take a nice leisurely stroll. The apartment is very well situated near everything. I like to rent a car so the garage space inside the building was very convenient. Every room had a tv with DVD player which was great for the kids. I would stay here again next time. I would have given this apartment 5 stars except that the Computer System and Wireless was not working the first couple of nights I was there. I believe this has been fixed since our last stay though. Happy travels.
