Description of the Lima vacation apartment rental

Brand NEW duplex 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom just behind the JW Marriott where you can try your luck in their casino. The building is on a quiet back street and only 3 blocks from the Larcomar where you will find the finest restaurants, cafes, movie theater, bars, night clubs and shops in all of Lima. The building is on a quiet back street with a 24 hour door man. The apartment has hardwood floors whereas the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms have tile. The kitchen has electric stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, rice maker, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. The apartment comes with cooking pots, cooking utensils, china, silverware, glassware, linens, and towels to make you feel at home. The laundry room has full size washer and dryer as well as a iron and ironing board. The loft TV room has a 32" LCD with a DVD/CD/AM/FM player and WiFi internet connection for your laptop. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 32" LCD flat screen TV, double paned windows, a dresser, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a dresser, and a walk in closet. The bathroom showers have seamless glass enclosures. There are two water heaters to assure enough hot water for our guests.

Area Information

Walking distance to the JW Marriott where you can enter to enjoy their restaurants and casino and try your luck on the tables. At Larcomar you will find many places to visit and buy the finest items such as crafts to take back home.

Right behind the Marriott and 3 blocks from Larcomar with restaurants and cinemas. The apt is really well located . It had everything we needed and more,Lizzy,the lady who received us was very sweet and gracious....she even bought us flowers! The apt itself is perfectly convenient and put together. the bedrooms upstair have big closets.the washing machine and dryer were very handy.... I am definitely looking forward to staying there again

Amazing Place to stay!

I just got back to the states after spending 12 glorious days in Miraflores. Staying at this apartment simply made our short holiday even more spectacular. The apartment is extremely clean and has all the amenities one would want from WiFi, cable, laundry room, and maid service. It's located in a great central location..blocks from Larco Mar and premiere shopping shops and restaurants. I definitely plan on booking this place for my next visit! Needless to say, I HIGHLY recommend this apartment. You could not ask for more. Definitely worth every penny and more! Thank you Cynthia and Alfonso for a great experience!! Angelo A
