A 4 bedroom luxury apartment for rent located in Miraflores, the tourist district of Lima. Close to the beach, 4 star hotels, night life, shopping malls, fine restaurants, fast food outlets, and public transportation. The apartment is an exclusive place to rent, excellent on site facilities include a rooftop swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, home theatre cinema, games room, function room for family events. A dynamic safe well organised place to be for your business or holiday rental accommodation. We are also able to offer a number of similar apartments in the same building.

Area Information

MIRAFLORES
Has streets lined with cafés, resturants and bars. It is the major tourist area of the city and is the main focus of Lima's action and nightlife. The suburb's central focus is Miraflores Park at the end of the Avenida Arequipa, which has a good craft and antiques markets in the evening.
Famous for its malecón (ocean front), this district offers an impressive assortment of shopping, cultural centers, pubs and fine restaurants. Miraflores is dynamic, safe and well organized place to visit or live in Lima.

There are a number of tourist attractions in Miraflores, including the Huaca Pucallana a pre-Inca temple with a small site museum. There are a couple of good, private museum collections in Miraflores. The Enrico Poli Museum has one of the best private collections of archaeological artefacts in Lima. The Museo Amano has a good collection of textiles, mainly from the Chancay culture.

Miraflores' only important mansion open to the public is the Casa de Ricardo Palma, at General Suarez where Palma, probably Peru's greatest historian, lived for most of his life. .Worth visiting also in Miraflores is the Parque del Amor, which features a prominent statue of two lovers in a passionate embrace.

The historic cathedral is well worth seeing The coffin or rather coffins of Francisco Pizarro, the Spanish conqueror of Peru may also be seen in the cathedral. His head is reported to be in a separate casket laid alongside .

Great location, great place

We all had a wonderful experience staying at this penthouse in Lima within the Miraflores district. The place had a magnificent view and was in the heart of everything we wanted to do in Miraflores. I would definitely stay here again next time I am visiting!

The location was central to all of Miraflores. Great for catching cabs and running to the local store. Apartment was large and comfortably fit 5 people. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the apartment.

Great Location with all the amenities

Our family of 7 adults stayed in the apartment for a week. The location is wonderful with a top-notch restaurant (Tanta) and cafe (San Antonio) on the same block. There are also banks and grocery stores within close walking distance. The apartment building is secure and safe with a beautiful roof-top pool and lounge area. Having access to free wi fi and cable t.v. in the apartment was also an essential luxury that we were grateful for. The owners were very ameniable and great to communicate with. Thank you Roxanne!
