3 Bedrooms: Master bedroom has a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean from floor to ceiling, with a queen bed, walking closet, telephone & TV LCD 32".
Two additional bedrooms with double beds and 1 TV. All rooms have porcelanato floor, closet's, linens.
3 Baths: Completelly furnished, towels, hairdryer, mirrors. At your arrival, we will provide toilet-paper, hand soap, towels, 24 hrs hot water.
Dinnig and Living have porcelanato floor. Dinning has a glass table with 6 chairs. Living has 3 beige leather confortable sofas for 6 people, CD player, and windows from floor to ceiling where you will enjoy the panoramic view and spectacular sunset too.
The fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, kitchen, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. As well as complete line of ménage and complete serve for 6.
At the laundry room you will find washing & dryer machine, iron and board.

The best view in Peru!

My family stayed there for 10 days and enjoyed the apartment. The view of the ocean and the park below was great. It was located walking distance from Kennedy Park, food stores, Love Park, Larcomar shopping mall and the lighthouse. In summertime, when central Lima was really hot, the apartment was nice, cooled by the ocean breezes! The hosts were on-time for both check-in and check-out. Security was excellent, parking for guests were good. Both TVs worked fine, beds were nice. The master bedroom was great with a view of both the ocean and park! The balcony also overlooked the ocean and park! I would stay there again with my family. The area around the apartment was very safe and we walked everyday. Francisco and Jessica were top rate hosts!

This apartment was in a great location where you felt safe. In addition, the views were excellent and the owners kind and easy to meet with and helpful. The apartment includes many things you will need from a microwave to stove and refrigerator (full size) and even a coffee pot and pump pot to keep it hot during your stay. Plenty of hot water and bathrooms for each bedroom. Comfortable and beautiful furniture in addition to balcony furniture to sit out and enjoy the sea breezes. We walked daily to Larcomar mall and once up the street past Parque del Amor to the numerous pizza restaurants (yummy!) and ate according to our Lonely Planet guide at La Glorietta (Pasaje Juan Figari 181) just off diagonal. The crust was buttery flavored, garlic fresh and even my kids (ages 12 & 15) loved the flavor. We loaded one up and had one with only cheese and pepperoni. As in most homes and apartments in this area, there was no a/c which wasn't needed since you had windows to open. We felt comfortable with the temperatures. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to Peru in the future.

Great Time

We had a wonderful stay! Jessica and Fran were very friendly and helpful. They waited outside the apartment to meet us even though our flight got in late and it was almost midnight by the time we arrived. We loved the Miraflores neighborhood and all the great restaurants. We especially liked having coffee at Cafe Z. The view from the apartment over the park and the ocean was lovely. Every morning we drank coffee and ate breakfast on the balcony. The only drawback was that since we visited during the coldest month of the year (it was high 50s, low 60s and cloudy all week) the apartment was rather cold at times. Though I would imagine this wouldn't be a problem for any other month of the year.

We couldn't not have had a better experience! Top shelf all the way. We loved sitting around the all glass wall overlooking the park/ocean/hanggliders! Easy walk to shops, restaurants, markets. This place has it all!

We had a wonderful time during our week. We especially enjoyed the spaciousness, balcony, and sunsets. Moving to the Marriott for our last nights in Lima was a real step down!
