Description of the Lima vacation apartment rental
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, comfortable and very well located on the fifth floor of a modern building in the exclusive area of downtown Miraflores.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with ample closet. Bathroom with spacious shower. Open kitchen fully equipped with blender, electric coffee kettle, toaster, microwave oven, stove and fridge and a modern dining glass table that sits 4 people. Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board also in apartment. Telephone, Cable TV, DVD player, High Speed Internet Access and Wireless Connection in the living-room.
There is a 24 hour doorman, an elevator and private parking inside the building, with full security.
Area Description
The apartment is two blocks away from the J.W.Marriott Hotel on a quiet backstreet. The most modern shopping center in Peru, called “Larcomar” is three blocks away, which has a magnificent view of the beautiful beaches of Lima, where you can find some of the finest restaurants, movie theaters, bars, cafes, night clubs and boutiques. Within walking distance from the apartment there are supermarkets, where you can buy fresh produce and Peruvian delicacies. Also gyms and banks are close by. If you want to try your luck, there are also Casinos near the apartment.
The Barranco suburb considered the bohemian heart of Lima, is only within 10 minute taxi drive. It's one of Lima's main nightspots, with plenty of fun bars and discos as well a tranquil and relaxed place during day time. The very known "Puente de los Suspiros" (Bridge of Sighs) is also located in Barranco.
Local seafood restaurant, museum, park with daily art display and Indian Market with native handcrafts.
