I really loved the location, I could walk to the beach,restaurants and grocery stores. Loved having a great restaurant right next door and a tienda for the day to day things. The apartment has wonderful views and a great breeze. The building is well maintained and very secure. The owner was very helpful. I spent close to five weeks there and enjoyed every minute!!!!!!

Miraflores oceanview Penthouse

Our short stay at this rooftop apartment in Miraflores was made all the more pleasant through the generous hospitality of the owner, Ed, who made available Internet access, a mobile phone for local calls, carried luggage, arranged cabs, provided advice, and all in all, went above and beyond what would have been expected, to enhance out stay. The apartment is well located, has a splendid large terrace, which would be a main living area in warmer weather than we experienced, three bathrooms, and a laundry, all of which are added benefits. Downstairs is an excellent seafood restaurant, shopping is within easy reach, as is the ocean front. I understand that there is shortly to be refurbishment of floors etc, which would make the environment even more pleasant. Our thanks to our host for his helpful and generous assistance. Joan

Great place to relax

Just spent two weeks. Great location and views. Clean,safe and well kept. I live on a private lake ,so it took me a few days to get used to the city noises. (Does anyone driving in Lima not hunk their horn?) I love to cook and the kitchen had everything that I needed and there's a huge grocery store one block away. My third vacation to Lima and I would highly recommend this penthouse.

We just got back from Lima and had a wonderful time! We rented this apartment in Miraflores for 5 nights.
The penthouse is on the 15th and 16th floors, and the location is ideal! We walked to shopping, the beach and the theater. Everything was very close, and we felt very safe walking around Miraflores. The apartment had everything we needed, and more!
The views from the 16th floor patio (very large) were beautiful; we spent a lot of time out on the patio.
I highly recommend this apartment to rent. The renters (Edward and his wife) were wonderful and answered all of our questions and took care of everything we needed. We had a wonderful time in this rental, I highly recommend staying here!

I can't think of anything negative to say about the place. Cheaper than a hotel and much nicer. I will stay again any time I go to Lima.

I stayed here for a month in February upon the recomendation of others and was very pleased.The owners (american/peruvian couple)were a pleasure to deal with.I was a single guy and all my dates were suitably impressed.It was very close (walking distance)to every thing I needed and I felt safe in the surrounding neighborhood regardless of time. I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment on several ocassions.It was brand new,beautifully furnished and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. The view's from the terrace were to die for.I have recommended it to all my business associates as it is about a 1/3 the price of a suite at the Marriott and alot more private!
