The weekly rates for this condo start at $525.00 + $20 (final cleaning) for up to 2 guests, including fresh linens/towels, digital cable TV with many english channels, radio, TV-Guide, unlimited high speed WiFi and wired Internet access, 24 hour building security with reception desk, secure covered parking (best spot in the whole garage!), all utilities and taxes. Discounts are available for stays with a duration of more than 3 weeks. Minimum stay is 1 week. The apartment is located in Miraflores, right next to Malecon Armendariz. There are several restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, casinos, shopping and entertainment within walking distance, since it is very close to Larcomar.
Larcomar, the biggest and most exclusive shopping mall is located at less than 10 minutes walking distance. Everything can be found there, from restaurants, to movie theatres to boutiques.
