My wife and I honeymooned here, and it was absolutely perfect! Just a 10-15 minute walk to Larcomar, great restaurants, Kennedy and Miraflores Central Parks, a great grocery store, a bike tour place, surf rentals, beautiful parks that overlook the cliffs. The view from the balconies are unbelievable. The manager is extremely helpful and sweet and the neighbor (also the cleaning person) is great too. The interior is absolutely gorgeous and the master bath is unreal! The pictures dont do this place justice. Also the entrance on the 1st floor is locked and only opened by 24 hour, very kind, security guards, so its very safe. Only two things that weren't excellent, but by no means were they huge issues. One, the balcony is closed from the master by all glass, which gives an amazing view, but also allows lots of sound into the condo. It also seemed to we could hear neighboring tenants every once in a while. Second, Lima is a foggy city, so sometimes the amazing view was obstructed. Other than that, we had an amazing time and very seriously plan on coming back! This is an AMAZING two story condo, 15th, 16th floors, with perfect location.

Just imagine: A family reunion in Lima (the birthplace of most of my immediate and many extended family) with a guest list of 60+ people. Most from outside Lima... so we RACE to various sites to search from the US and each land various dwellings... well, it appears WE won the lottery!! This wonderful apartment was base camp and home to 2 families (4 adults, 4 young kids) for 12 days. The favorite of all the places - as stated by the MANY of the group who visited our camp on various occasions. Spacious, beautiful, the "view"... AMAZING, the location - PERFECT. Restaurants, parks, taxis, comfort, peace of mind, secure neighborhoods (you can feel the latter in the air). AND, the indelible view of the magical "flyers" - the gliders whom take off from the cliffs directly in from of you and that you get to watch in awe each morning as you enjoy a morning mocca. Simply great. Lastly, a bow to the beautiful people of my country... the help at Sam's place will simply leave a mark. Lucy - a noble and dear person who will assure your stay is perfect and her country represented in the best of light. ALL of the door men - gracious, noble, honest, friendly and real, 24-7. I cannot wait to return and visit my friends and know exactly where my family will stay. Make this a simple holiday decision. Saludos. Jimmy

I had the opportunity to stay in this spectacular condo the last week of May and will be returning in June! From the pre-arranged pick up at the airport to the polite and helpful staff at the door this place has everything and more you could desire in a home away from home. The space is grand and the view is spectacular! Shopping, groceries and nightlife are all a short walk away. The owner and his associates in Lima are warm and charming people who really care about your comfort while in Lima. Thanks for a wonderful experience and I look forward to making this my regular home away from home!
