Apartment has wood floor, wood cabinets, very nice kitchen size, comfortable living room and dinning room, the room has spacious built in closets, with brand new mattress.

Monthly Rent includes water, electricity and wireless internet and cable.

Area Information

Walking distance to Supermarkets Wong, Santa Isabel, and Banks, Credito Bank, Continental Bank, ScotiaBank, Gym Energym, Pardos Chicken Restaurant; one block to Ecologic Park Loma Amarilla, which is good for Jogging, walking distance to Amistad Park, it is a great park!!, it has a train rail, lake with ducks, and playing area for kids with many amenities, restaurants with typical Peruvian food, a place where everyone can have fun :-)

Close to electric train station.

15 min By car to Larcomar, and the beach.

A hidden gem; decorated to the details.

This apartment is fully equipped and furnished, and with elegance. The pictures don't do justice to the details of the apartment. I've rented several apartments during my travels, but I didn't find an apartment before with polished hardwooden floors, a dark wooden kitchen, with decorated doors. Even the glasses in the kitchen, the (extensive) kitchenware has nice details. The apartment was meticulously clean. And very spacious - from the comfortable living room with wide windows, the commodious kitchen (that is very complete, and decorated with eye for detail), a room designed as home office, a small open space surrounded by the apartment with washing machine, to the bedrooms with a wide closet along the wall, and the bathrooms (with a refined decor as well). It was convenient to have a 'home', with everything a home entails: from television, internet, washing machine, to an ironing board, and so on. (Actually, my own apartment in The Netherlands is less complete). I love supermercado Wong and I could easily walk there; there are many shops and restaurants in the same area as well.The street in which the apartment is located is calm, and will allow you to have a good night of sleep, but shops, restaurants, bancs are only a few steps away, as is public transportation that took me straight to Miraflores. The beautiful parc Amistad is around the corner. I almost felt a bit reluctant during my stay: you can see the owners put a lot of work in this apartment, and that it is decorated with care. It really was a complete 'casa' to me, and felt worth more than the price they charged. The owners - perhaps I should have started with them: they greated me with a smile, took my suitcases, and had a lot of patience explaining things, showing me around. Their firstmost goal was to ensure I felt good in the apartment and they really went out of their way to ensure I did. They were easy to reach if needed, but did certainly not invade in my privacy. It will be tough to find more trustworthy and kind persons to rent from, during my future travels. The area felt safe, as did the apartment. This is really an elegant, comfortable option to spend your time in Lima, in my opinion. It felt a bit like finding a hidden gem and I'm kind of amazed that the apartment did not receive more feedback as of yet. The apartment easily beats most of the high-end Miraflores-apartments I found online, yet with care for the visitor - and not just what is being spent.

Excellent lodging, apartment in very good condition (with all its services) and location in a completely quiet residential area, very quiet and very well guarded by police and private security, you can walk safely any time, there are restaurants , markets, parks, plazas, public phone and everything you need close by, definitely my family and I had a great stay, thanks
