Description of the Lima vacation apartment rental
This unit has a comfortable ambiance with all brand new household furniture and supplies. It is ideal for a group of 1 to 5 persons but if necessary additional airbeds are available. It has coated parquet floors throughout the house and 3 nicely distributed bedrooms, each with full melamine closets. Flat screen TV with DVD player and a queen size bed with a full bath in the master bedroom. Full size bed in the second bedroom and a twin size bed in the third one. Second full bath in the hall corridor. The second bedroom has been conditioned with a work desk and chair ready to be used as a work station. Dining area and living room with wall to wall glass doors opening to the balcony. The balcony has a high table and chairs overlooking the financial district of Lima in San Isidro. The kitchen with laundry room has a large microwave, blender, toaster, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, silverware, dishware, 4 burner stove, extractor fan and ample refrigerator. 11 kg (24 lbs) washing machine with pre-drying cycle and clothes horse in the laundry room. Residents have access to a shared terrace on the 7th floor and remote control access to a one car covered garage in the underground parking. Flat screen TV and DVD/Stereo/ Home Theater in the living room. The unit has hot water throughout the house, Wi-Fi, cable and telephone. The house is provided with beddings, kitchen and bath towels. A $300 security deposit is required and a $50 dollar cleaning fee due at check-out. Utilities, services and maintenance are included for stays less than a month.

Area Information
This beautifully decorated, fully furnished apartment is located on the 10th floor of “Balcones de la Aurora” building in nearby neighborhood “La Aurora” in Miraflores. The apartment has spectacular views of the city including the southern part of Miraflores all the way to "The Marriot Hotel" in Larcomar and the “Morro Solar” in Chorrillos. This building has 24 hour concierge service and security. Many tranquil and beautiful parks surround the area ideal for exercising. Walking distance to local grocery stores, pharmacies, dry cleaners, etc. It is centrally located only minutes away from Lima’s best night life and some of the most popular districts such as Miraflores, San Isidro, Surco and Barranco. It has easy and quick access to main avenues and streets to downtown Lima and Costa Verde’s beaches, including beaches south of Lima.

Great location, great landlord!

Best decision ever. Humberto was great, extremely accommodating and easy to deal with. The apartment was first class all the way, and only 5 minutes away from the heart of miraflores by taxi. The neighborhood is calm and secure, I walked around at all hours of the day and night with no worries or incidents. I highly recommend it! Thanks Humberto for you help and for being a great host.

The apartment looks brand new. Everything is very clean. Ricardo, our host, was available and very helpful in every way. The apartment is between the Pacific Ocean & the shopping district- both a short walk, even for senior citizens! Very safe neighborhood. We felt comfortable walking around at night. I would highly reccomend this rental. It was a great price!

My stay in the apartment rent Don Humberto was a good experience. I went with my Espoz and my son and any problems we had, which were not many, Don Humberto helped us. The apartment is in a good location for nostro which was located in a central section of the people they saw every day. Security is good, noise is not much, although there is a building which is in final stages of construction. Don Humberto was present to give us the keys and out was very easy, check out.
