Location: Right in front of the Pacific Ocean in the most prestigious area of the capital of PERU, LOS MALECONES-MIRAFLORES, LIMA
Total area: 1800 sq ft. (178 mts 2)

Fully furnish Apartment.
A Large living room ,a dinning room, a master bedroom ,a second bed room with two single beds , a kitchen and kitchenwares with a new refrigerator, new microwave, electric range, a washing machine , toaster, six set of silverware, 6 different type of plates, cups and glasses and other utensils The Master bedroom has cover beds,set of bed sheets, pillows and cover pillows ,towels ,a wireless connection(Internet) with a 50” TV screen, DVD players and remote control devices with an independent bathroom with watter jet bathtub. The other bedroom has its own bathroom , beds sheets, cover pillows and its own bathroom with soap containers and towels. The living room dining room with lining have precious oil paint and other frames, wooden panneled walls, persians and/or belgium rugs. The living , dinning and bedrooms have direct ocean view.

The panneled walls ,book shelves, closets,consoles etc ,have been made by high skilled craftsmen from El Cuzco and Ancash. We encourage the potential tenants to discuss with the Landlord conditions when bringing small children

This apt is located overlooking the ocean with a magnificent view of the coastline . The owner Domingo was very easy to deal with and very accommodating . It is a huge space tastefully decorated . We could not have found anything better in the price range . Would highly recommend . Really safe area and close to all like larcomar and Kennedy park. If anything the apt is understated on the website . It is that nice

The atmosphere is just as nice as your beautiful Oceanside City , New York , except that weather in Peru is much warmer. I can not find myself any better place to walk viewing the Pacific Ocean than along los jardines de Los Malecones. As nice as Santa Monica and Huntington Beach, CA, but is more , more peacefull
