Set in the trendy Miraflores district, this stunning 60sqm one bedroom fully furnished apartment feature fast internet, cable TV with over 60 channels, queen bed and sofa bed, large lounge and dinning, 34” LCD TV, CD player, DVD and magazines provided. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with large fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, oven and complete cutlery.
Located across the road to the trendy casinos “Atlantic City” and “Fiesta”, 5 minute walk to the main beaches, Larco Mar Shopping Centre, Parque Kennedy with plenty cafes and restaurants, theatres, contemporary art galleries, 24 hour supermarkets are across the road.
The building has front desk and 24 hours concierge.
Sheets and towels are provided at check in along with toilet paper, shampoo, soap and bottle of water.

Area Information
Miraflores is a district of the Lima Province in Peru. Known for its shopping areas, gardens, flower-filled parks and beaches, it is one of the upscale districts that make up the city of Lima.
The district is full of hotels, cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops, which draw large crowds of the local population on Sundays. Parque Kennedy, Miraflores' central plaza, regularly has flea markets and art exhibitions. Larcomar, a shopping mall overlooking the Pacific coast, is located in Miraflores, and is very popular among tourists, young people, and the middle and upper classes. There are restaurants, stores, a food court, ice cream shops, arcades, bowling alleys, nightclubs, bars, and the most modern cinema in Lima.
The Calle de las Pizzas ("Pizza Street") in downtown Miraflores, a favourite among Lima's teenagers and young adults, has many pubs that fill with people every weekend.
