Description of the Lincoln Beach vacation home rental

Thank you for your inquiry. Sorry to say, we are no longer renting the property at this time. We have decided to do a fractional ownership of the property and wanted to pass along the information in case you or someone you know is interested.

The price would be $99,000 for a 1/6th deeded interest in the home. That would be 2 months a year of vacation or rental time for you. Your interest can be sold at any time.

The time would be on a rotating basis �meaning the first year you would receive January and July. The second year you would receive February and August etc. All terms are negotiable with the partners.

Area Description

Lincoln City is a bustling town with all the amenities you could possibly need. This 2800sq house is at the edge of town in an area called Road's End. It is appropriate because we are at the end of a dead end road giving us all the privacy anyone might need. The beach is a 5 minute walk at the other end of the road and two miles away is a full facility casino. The coastal range butts up against the property and wildlife is abundant. A short way down the coast is an historic lighthouse and tidal pools that are fully accessible. 25 miles away is a wax museum, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum and deep sea fishing vessels.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

25 miles away there is Ripley's Believe It Or Not Museum also you can charter boats for deep sea fishing or whale watching. In Lincoln City you can eat fine fresh fish or McDonalds or anything in between.

What a great vacation!, October 29, 2007

We rented this house in August with 2 other families. There were 6 adults and 9 kids altogether. The house was perfect for all of us. The owner's were extremely nice, the house was beautiful and we could walk to the beach just a block away. The weather was fabulous. Thanks so much to Rick and Rebecca for making this one of the best vacations at the beach we've ever had.

We had so much fun when we rented this house. There were deer in the yard everyday and some racoons even paid us a visit. It's very private but also very close to town and all the shopping and eating establishments you could wish for. We went on a whale watching boat and saw hump-backs with thier babies.
