Up to 25 people may come and enjoy this magnificent property, with plenty of room for everyone. Equipped with 2 living rooms, a game room, pool table, indoor hot tub, and excellent ocean views, this home is well suited for your corporate meeting, church group, family reunion, or just about anyone who needs plenty of space to relax.
Upstairs Bedrooms: On the main (upper) level there is a full kitchen, living room, and dining area. The master bedroom has panoramic ocean views as well as a king bed, large spa tub, and walk in shower. The second bedroom has 3 twin beds. The third bedroom has 1 queen bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 queen beds.
Downstairs bedrooms: First bedroom has 2 twin beds, second bedroom has 1 queen bed, third bedroom has 1 king bed, and the fourth bedroom with 1 king bed.
Totaling 8 bedrooms (4 upstairs and 4 downstairs): 5 Twin Beds, 4 Queen Beds, and 3 King Beds.

WOW!!! We recently stayed at the Pacific Villa, Lincoln City, Oregon. This place ecceeded our expectations. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean, very quiet. access to the beach was easy, & veiw was outstanding. This house was stocked with so many amenities. We had a large group and we had no problem accomidating everyone. We traveled from Spearfish, S.D. and we will probably return. We would highly recommend this house. Thank You so much

The house was amazing with a fantastic view of the Pacific. All of the beds were very comfortable. The house could use more bathrooms as there were 12 women for the weekend. Kitchen was to die for! Could use a stereo system as the only music we had was from the TV. Hot tub room could use a good cleaning and the house could use a good dusting as there was dust everywhere. The large jetted tub in the master bath did not work. There were no spices to cook with. The house is not equipped with extra paper products and we had to go buy our own on the second day. The bottom steps going down to the beach were missing but there was a rope to grab hold of to lower yourself down and pull yourself back up. Very steep driveway to park on! We rent a large home once a year for Girls Weekend and everyone seemed to love this home. Thanks for sharing it with us.

I stayed here in January 2010 and loved it enough to come back December 2010. I was so happy to see the beautiful renovation job that had been done to the kitchen. It was large, convenient, and a perfect and natural gathering place for all our 16 guests.

What a fantastic home with space, privacy and beach front access. We stayed the weekend with our entire family and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the house and all the amenities. We look forward to staying again.

What a wonderful house to experience the beach in! This was made to order for our family. It was like being on a cruise ship. The ocean was so near and the thundering sound of the waves made the weekend perfect. The beds were very comfortable as well as the furnishings and the kitchen. What can I say. It was perfect. Just a little experience using the rope to go to the beach and back up with the rope. What fun! Thank you so very much for sharing your house with us. Cheryl Fuqua

We rented Villa Del Mar and Neptune Nest in Roads End. We did not rent Pacific Villa. We enjoyed both home, however, in Villa Del Mar, everytime someone went up or down the stairs, it could be heard through out the home.

The house was nice, although we discovered some amentities not working. The jetted tub in the master suite didn't work, as well as the microwave and air hockey table. Also the walkway down to the beach was scary and dangerous.
