Description of the Lincoln Beach vacation villa rental

The Pacific Villa is a 7000 sq ft ocean front home located on the pristine Oregon coast with its very own stairs to the beach.

Up to 25 people may come and enjoy this magnificent property, with plenty of room for everyone. Equipped with 2 living rooms, a game room, pool table, indoor hot tub, and excellent ocean views. This home is well suited for your corporate meeting, church group, family reunion, or just about anyone who needs plenty of space to relax.

Upstairs Bedrooms: On the main (upper) level there is a full kitchen, living room, and dining area. The master bedroom has panoramic ocean views as well as a king bed, large spa tub, and walk in shower. The second bedroom has 3 twin beds. The third bedroom has 1 Queen bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 Queen Beds.

Downstairs bedrooms: First bedroom has 2 twin beds, second bedroom has 1 Queen bed, third bedroom has 1 King bed, and the fourth bedroom with 1 King bed.

Totaling 8 bedrooms (4 upstairs and 4 downstairs): 5 Twin Beds, 4 Queen Beds, and 3 King Beds.
