Steps to the beach. Ocean front condo on the ground level with 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms.
This condo renovated with home like features.
Access the outside through the sliding glass door which is your window facing the Pacific Ocean.
Our condo has been totally renovated with brand new carpet and tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom.
We have included brand new furnishings from a soft leather couch, electric fireplace, large screen lcd tv and dvd player. There is a full size pull down Murphy bed in the living area to sleep 2 people. The kitchen has a 4 burner stove and oven with full size microwave above it. A large new sink on the tiled counter sits alongside a good size double door fridge.
There are 2 full bathrooms which has been renovated with all tile and personality.
The bedroom contains a brand new king size bed, dressers and another large screen tv.

A nice indoor heated pool and sauna for the whole family.
Our condo is not just another hotel room, maybe a place you can almost call home.

Lincoln City is centrally located on the Oregon Coast and close to many activities for the whole family.
We have many shops & restaurants close by, with a wonderful seafood restaurant just steps from the condo.
A name brand outlet mall just a few blocks away.
We have 2 golf courses a few minutes drive from the condo.
Depoe Bay just 20 minutes away has deep sea fishing charters, whale watching and and many souvenir shops.
Oregon has a wonderful fish aquarium just 15 miles south
of Depoe Bay in the large harbor town of Newport. You will find many more souvenir shops with local artist stores displaying their creations.
If you love cheese and ice cream then visit the famous Tillamook cheese factory located about an hour from Lincoln City in the dairy town of Tillamook.
If you like gambling and like to watch quality entertainment then 10 minutes away there is Chinook Winds an Indian casino. Just 25 miles further we have Spirit Mountain Casino, a great place for food buffet and stage entertainment.
