The accommodations were fine for a family of four but may be tight for more than that. The back bedroom was very comfortable with a king tempurpedic, however we have little kids (1 and 3) so they slept in the back so we could still enjoy the oceanfront after their bedtime. Needless to say, the pull out was not nearly as comfortable. I love the awesome location- right on the beach, right next to Kylos, and just down the street from the Outlet Mall. The indoor pool/ sauna was a nice bonus too. Would definitely return.

Owner's reply:

There is a 3-inch topper for the queen mattress on the hide-a-bed in the front room. Perhaps our guests missed its description and location in the written notes. Also, typically, children are put in the front (oceanside) area and adults sleep in the back bedroom on the king Tempur-pedic mattress.

The Chef's delight is a wonderful condo just steps from the beach in Lincoln City. We had a great view of the ocean and were able to watch the waves from the warmth and comfort of the condo. The fireplace adds nice ambiance, but the *best* thing about this condo has got to be the kind sized Tempur-Pedic bed. We had a hard time getting up in the morning. We would have been content staying in bed all day watching movies and snuggling. Bob and Kathy gave us a very reasonable rate and even let us check out a little late, which was nice. I will definitely book this condo in the future and recommend it to all of my friends.

It is good to have guests appreciate the beds, since both of our adjacent ground-floor condos have Tempur-pedic beds. We would be pleased to have Rebecca return for future visits.

We enjoy our visit to Lincoln City every year. With very short notice, we were able to booked our room and made the trip for our Son's 21st Birthday. This was a one in a life time memory for our son. We were able to choose from a few different locations. Thank you for making this possible for our family.

This condo unlike many we have stayed at actually has all the comforts of home. There were condiments available for use and a full set of pans. There was even foil and saran wrap in the drawer. Furnished nicely with lots of nice towels. Chairs to use on the beach. The kids loved that they could walk out the glass door and be on the beach. The proximity to the beach made it easy to go out even when raining since we were so close that when the rain started to pour it was no big deal to walk back inside. The owners are a joy to work with.

The condo we stayed in beautiful every thing we need was there. 25 of us all together in 4 separate condos and our was the main hang out and it was plenty big. We will be back. Thank you. The lingo's, Garris's, Bailey's

Once inside the unit, it felt more like a beach cottage, than a hotel room. It is beautifully furnished with all the amenities and the most comfortable bed away from home.

Clean - well appointed and a great location right on the beach in Lincoln City. We had our 3 year old grandson with us and he could not have been happier with the beach and the indoor pool just steps away! The condo had everything one could need - beach chairs, beach towels, TV's, DVD's, games, cards, puzzles, and a wonderful kitchen set up with all the dishes & pots/pans we required for cooking. We usually miss our own bed . . . but the temperpedic mattress was a plus! We would definately stay here again!

We very much needed a getaway and also wanted to celebrate a special birthday using a Bay House gift certificate! So, naturally Lincoln City was our destination! I knew it could be risky renting a condo "site unseen" but we were delighted with what we found! The unit was immaculate and the king bed very comfortable. I loved having TWO BATHROOMS!!! Lots of room to spread my stuff out without getting in my husband's way. The TV, etc. was top of the line and kitchen well equipped. The view was amazing, and beach access was literally right outside our door! Since we ate dinners out and had simple breakfast and snacks, I didn't miss a dishwasher, although for a longer stay that would be nice, as would laundry facilities. Overall, we were VERY PLEASED and will look forward to returning to the same unit for weekend visits.

This is a great condominium in Lincoln City. You could not get a better location and only a few feet from the beach. The furnishing are wonderful and a excellent bed. Bob-- will be back and we would highly recomend your place on the beach to anyone. Thanks for such a pleasant place to stay!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful get-a-way at Lincoln City staying at the Sea Gypsy! The condo was perfect for us! Plenty of room, very comfortable and most importantly to us - RIGHT on the beach!! It was so great to sit in the warm comfy living room with the fireplace on watching and listening to the ocean. We could go outside and soak it all up and then come right back in to get warm. We loved staying here! Thank you to Bob for making this little last minute vacation possible for us! I'm sure you will be hearing from us again soon.
