We sadly just left this beautiful condo and wished we could have stayed longer. Everything you could possibly need is available for you, the owners have thought of EVERYTHING! All the towels you need, outside chairs, a cooler, games, books, travel guides and the list coild just go on and on. The view is beyond words, an easy walk to the beach no matter what age you are and just listening to the surf from the room was fantastic. The pictures show how nice everything is and believe me it's even better than the pictures indicate. We sincerely hope that we could visit again and we know where to recommend staying to friends who come to Oregon. Thanks for everything, this was a vacation to treasure again and again. The owners were fabulous to work with.

We had a wonderful stay and the owners were a dream to work with. The bed was as comfortable as our pillow -top at home. Lots of nice personal touches and we felt right at home. We're looking forward to our next visit.

We have been going to Lincoln city for over 5 years now and have stayed at pretty much everywere in town and by far this condo is the best. The owners are wonderful to work with it is the best view in town and very well stocked for a family or even a romantic getaway for two. The best part besides the view is the easy access to the beach. Thanks for such a great vacation

Our family had a great time in this oceanfront condo. Direct beach access thrilled the kids. Springtime was still cold and rainy so after playing on the beach we loved warming up in the heated pool and Sauna. The Condo was clean and well stocked. Most of our meals were made in the condo, which was refreshing. The property owners are great to work with. Would love to stay again.

My wife, daughter and I stayed in #107 at the Sea Gypsy Condos for three days and nights. This is a nice clean one bedroom two bath beach condo. My daughter was able to swim at the indoor pool everyday and the beach access is one of the best on the Oregon Coast. The kitchen was equipped for anything you may want to whip up for supper. Try it for yourself and you wont be disappointed.

We stayed at the Sea Gypsy many years ago when it was a hotel, so it was fun to be back. The condo was very cozy for two. We appreciated the little touches- condiments, plastic wrap, spices, games, puzzles, binoculars, etc. Nice not to have to buy/bring a bunch of stuff. The owners were very nice to work with and the Sea Gypsy is centrally located. Despite the snow, rain, wind and hail we had a good time!

We have stayed at a few different condos at sea gypsy and this was definitely one of the nicest! Very clean, spacious, everything you need to feel right at home. Beach access was priceless, pool access is close to room, and the room was full of little treasures like board games, movies and kites. Both beds were very plush and comfortable! This was a great space for our two year old son, but would also be great for a romantic getaway. This condo is conviniently located in the heart of Lincoln City, but quiet enough for beach bliss. The owners were wonderful, organized, thoughtful and had great communication. We will definitely return and reccomend. Thank you!!!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! The sliding-glass doors to the beach make it seem roomy, and the decor is updated and fabulous! Comfy bed, 2 bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen..we couldn't have asked for more! I've already referred several friends and we definitely plan to rent this condo again. It was the nicest one at the Sea Gypsy! ...plus, Kiersten was a gem to work with!

This condo was a great place to relax and watch the waves come in. Fully furnished with beautiful decor and the owners have forgotten nothing to make your stay more comfy. From games, movies, sand toys, kites, hot chocolate.....you name it, they had it. I would highly recommend this unit to everyone! This will be our only beach destination in the future!

We are a group of friends who meet up in Lincoln City to spend time catching up on our busy lives and reconnecting for a weekend. We had a wonderful time! Your unit is amazing! We loved how close the beach access is and hope to stay in the summer sometime. As the weather kept us in the room most of the time. The outlet mall is so close. Thanks agian! View and beach access are spectacular. The unit is fully remodeled and beautifully decorated. Everything is brand new! Instead of the usual bare minimum utensils and dinnerware this unit has everything! The kitchen is fully equipped. The owners have provided every comfort for their guests -- including beach towels, kites and binoculars. It is on the main floor and is easily accessed. The view is out of this world. It is GREAT value. Kierstin (the owner) is wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!

We had an excellent time staying here. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the place was better than expected. It was very clean with furniture and appliances that seemed relatively new. We also didn't need to bring as many things as we did. They had everything we could of needed for the beach or in the condo. We really only needed to bring food and cloths. There was also an indoor pool. Thanks for a wonderful time.

This is our 10th Family Reunion at the Sea Gypsy so we have witnessed all the changes over the years. This is by far the nicest and cleanest unit I have stayed in. I really appreciated the personal and caring ways that Kierstin handled the sharing of their condo. I will be back next year and will recommend your place to all my family and friends. Just returned from our second stay in this unit at the Sea Gypsy. Been staying there over 30 years, but this is definitely nicer than when it was a motel. Part of our party stayed in another unit this time & it wasn't as beautiful as this one. The pool has been remodeled & is much nicer now, also. It was so nice to have games & movies there for our use, & the kitchen is completely stocked - very handy. I love having an oven - it's so much easier cooking for a crowd. We have stayed in Lincoln City several times before and this is by far the best place we have stayed! They provided everything we could have possibly needed and more. Our kids really loved the beach toys and kites they had. They also loved the warm indoor swimming pool. I loved how nice and clean it was as well as how well stocked the kitchen was with everything I needed. The view is amazing and we were able to walk right on to the beach. We had the most amazing time and can't wait to return! Thank you James and Kierstin!!

I did a few hours of research looking for the perfect place to spend our first family vacation with our 1yr old daughter. After comparing prices and accomidations #107 at the Sea Gypsy was a no brainer, this room is absolutely spotless and furnished very nicely I was very impressed as it is even better than the pictures. Having a crib/highchair already there just topped the cake for us and being steps from the beach was priceless as the weather would change every 30 minutes, we could be playing in the surf and sand then the rain would come and we could be back in the room enjoying the beautiful view in just 1 minute! Thanks again for the awesome place to stay!

I can't wait to take friends and family back! This was a great deal, a great stay and a great view! Clean, stylish and well stocked. It was nice, quiet and unhurried time of the year to enjoy this cozy, well furnished condo. We had a comfortable base from which to explore the area or just to walk on the beach, which we did a lot--in all kinds of weather. Thank you for thinking of everything to make our stay enjoyable. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for easy access to the beach in a clean, well-kept condo that feels brand new! Fully equiped kitchen was nice to be able to make some meals in rather than having to eat out all the time. The kids loved the pool, which provided hours of entertainment! The owners were more than accomodating when it came to check in / check out times and were extremely flexible. I appreciated the owner checking in with us via phone call upon our arrival to make sure we got in okay and answer any questions. Great weekend getaway!

We SO enjoyed staying in James and Kiersten's condo. They thought of every detail (books, DVDs, puzzles, games, beach toys and chairs) that made it feel like home and a luxurious escape all at the same time. My three-year old son LOVED it! Having the beach and the pool so close made entertaining our son effortless. I wanted to stay at the Sea Gypsy because I had really fond memories of staying there as a kid. It was as I remembered only better...modern, clean and really nicely renovated. We will start our own family tradition of staying at this condo, and their price allows us to do that. Thanks again for a great stay!

Your conco is clean, bright, inviting and obvioulsy very newly updated. Best of all it is very affordable and worth every penny! Perfect for small family, 2 couples or just the girls (like we did) leaving the husbands & kids at home! Thank you so much and we will be back :)

I go to lincoln city almost twice a year and let me tell you this is by far the best room I've stayed in to date.. Im one who pays a little more for the nice hotels i.e surftides etc.. but this place was cheap only in price.... the room was fully stocked, the view priceless and only steps from the water.. it was a weekend get away for me and my wife but this place was so great and set-up so perfect, next time we will be bringing our kids....

This condo was very nice and clean, and fully equipped with everything we could have needed. The owners even had the pack 'n play set up and ready because they knew we had a daughter that would need it. The beachfront view is hard to beat, being able to watch the sun set over the ocean in the evening and the full moon set in the morning. I'm not sure how the sea lion and half dozen seagulls ended up in our room, but they were a nice (although awkward) touch... kidding! Had a great time. Thanks James and Kierstin!
