Description of the Lincoln City vacation condo rental
This newly remodeled, oceanfront, ground level, 1 bedroom 2 bath condo at the Sea Gypsy sits only a few steps away from the beach. The spectacular view can be enjoyed all year around through the 8ft sliding glass door. From storm to sun, this is the one. A short easy walk up the beach takes you to amazing tide pools where the sea life is always changing. Just next door, down the beach, is the famous D River. Kite flying, beach combing or just relaxing with your toes in the sand has never been easier. A comfortable retreat for romantics, families, small groups or anyone who loves the sound of the ocean and the warmth of the sand. This unit has new carpet, paint, flooring, fixtures, and furnishings. Two full bathrooms with marbletop vanities and tub/shower to accommodate up to 4 adults. There are two 37" flat screen tvs with blu ray players, netflix and an assortment of dvds. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, full size range, cookware and utensils.

We spent the weekend at the Sea Gypsy condo for a birthday celebration. It could not have been a better time. The condo was clean and well stocked and looked right out onto the beach. Even though the weather was stormy we were comfortable and watched the waves crash. The owners checked in with us by phone the first day to be sure everythng was in order and then left us to enjoy the weekend. Thank you James and Kierstin for such a nice experience at Lincoln City.

My husband and I book this condo for 3 nights and when we opened the door and seen how wonderful it was we called to stay an extra night. My family of 4 celebrated Christmas at this beautiful condo. It was everything they advertised and more. The condo is kept in mint condition, extremely clean and the decor and furnishings are top of the line. Waking up on Christmas morning to the view of the ocean from the back patio is something we will never forget! The beach is literally just steps outside of the slider. The owners take great pride in their home and they have every amenity possible included... We will be back but in the meantime we will share with all of our friends and family the awesome experience we had here!!

This isnt my first time staying here for a Thistle.. very affordable.. has to be the best access and location to the beach..its seriously out your back door... this condo is fully loaded, if your with wife and kids or just quiet weekend away, this place has everything... plus your close to outlet stores and casino... since i found this place, i havent stayed anywhere else... i suggest you try it out too...

My husband and I were so impressed with the cleanliness. I always take Lysol spray with me to disinfect, I did not use it. It was so tastefully decorated. The furniture was spotless, the recliners were so comfortable that we sat for hours reading with the ocean roaring in the background! We could stay for a month with out bringing anything from home except food. I cannot think of anything that it lacked! The owner was awesome, so accomodating and personable! I hope no one ever takes advantage or abuses this property in any way. They have taken such care for your comfort..

Beautiful Condo And A Wonderful View

My sister and I just spent a week here and loved it. The beds are comfortable and the linens are better than you can get in any motel room. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and the selection of movies, books and games. The decor was beautiful and so were the bathroom and kitchen countertops. This condo and its amenities are far superior to anywhere else we have stayed. We have payed more at other places without getting half of what is included here. We can't wait to come again!

The Oregon coast is one our favorite places & we wanted to find an affordable place "right on the beach" ... fortunately we found it here! Our 2 weeks here were simply wonderful! What a great experience! Not only was the condo just amazing but the owners were awesome themselves! I should have read all the things this condo had to offer prior to doing my packing as it had everything from baby, teens, and adult accommodations. I probably could have just brought my purse and been perfectly comfortable. I would highly reccommend this place to anyone...we are already planning out trip for next summer to secure our dates soon. Hands down best place we have ever stayed at. We look forward to having another great family vacation at this condo for many years to come.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation staying at the Sea Gypsy. This was the same place we stayed when i was growing up and wanted to continue the tradition with my own family. See two years ago my mom passed away from brain cancer it was pretty bad, but she never gave up even till the end, she was the one who wanted to go here every summer and that is what we did. Now her memory lives on in the ocean and we will be there as often as we can every summer. For sure i will be keeping the card i have to call them again to book another room soon.

This vacation stay was one of our best ever. We have stayed at many properties over the past 40+ years and this ranks with the best of them. The condo had everything expected plus much more. The view is absolutely perfect from the sliding door at ground level. Now for the reservation process: The process was flawless and James and Kiersten were in touch the entire time. We even received a call on the day of our arrival to confirm that we had all necessary amenities. The condo is very pleasantly decorated. Within minutes of entering the unit, we felt at home and relaxed. Quality is apparent from the bedding through the decor and furnishings. We will definitely consider this unit first for all future visits to the Oregon coast. In fact, we will schedule our vacation around the available dates for this unit. What a wonderful place to stay. This condo has it all. Kites, games, books, beach toys and a kitchen with everything a person could possibly use, 2 bathrooms and a very large bedroon with a comfy bed. The couch is a sleeper and is comfortable as well. The condo is so clean and comfortable. James and Kierstin are wonderful as well. They made sure we has everything we needed. We will definatly return to Toes in the Sand.

We are a couple with a child of 2 years old and stayed a full week at this beautiful condo. This place had everything we needed and so much more. The condo was very neat, very clean and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect as you just had to walk a few steps outside the condo to be on the beach. The view and the sound of the waves rolling in while sitting at the table or on the sofa was so wonderful. Our daughter enjoyed all the beach toys available to her while we enjoyed sitting in the beach chairs provided. There were also beach towels, kites and other toys/games. Everything in this condo was perfect and all the little touches and details made it feel like a real home away from home. The bedroom was big with a TV, beautiful furniture and the bed was very comfortable. The living room area was great too with a big sofa and chair as well as a big TV and WiFi for the laptop we brought. There were 2 full bathrooms which was handy at times too. The kitchen had everything one would need. There was also a swimming pool near the building which was great. We had an amazing time and the owners kept in close contact to make sure we had everything we needed at all times. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place, if we travel to Lincoln City again we will definitely stay at this condo again. I would recommend this condo to anybody interested in staying at a condo by the beach in Lincoln City...you really can't go wrong here!

We stayed at this condo for a week and it was an awesome trip! Beach chairs, sand toys, board games, movies, Wi-Fi, and even kites. To say this condo has it all is an understatement. The beach was right out the back door and the pool was nearly as close. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and made contact every few days to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Lincoln City. We have stayed in town many times over the last decade and this was easily my favorite place.

This condo at the Sea Gypsy is wonderful! The condo had all the conveniences one could think of, from sand toys, sunscreen, games and toys to every kitchen utensil one could need. The owners were wonderful to us and had exceptional communication before, during, and after our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better renting situation with a fabulous condo. We will definitely be renting this condo again for our next family vacation.

This condo was thoroughly and well equipped, clean and comfortable, very well situated right on the beach where we enjoyed the sound of the surf and an unobstructed view of the beach and sunsets. Our four day stay was blessed with glorious weather. We also got to enjoy the kite festivities first hand and all the other sights/activities we wanted to experience were nearby. Our 91 year old hostess and the two of us had a relaxing, interesting and most enjoyable vacation together.

We have stayed at many places along the Orgeon coast and this was by far the best. We loved the way it was furnished and equiped with every little thing one could want for a very pleasant vacation. The bed and towles were soft and comfy and it was very quite most of the time. We loved having the bottom floor and a wonderful view of the ocean right from our living room. We sadly just left this beautiful condo and wished we could have stayed longer. Everything you could possibly need is available for you, the owners have thought of EVERYTHING! All the towels you need, outside chairs, a cooler, games, books, travel guides and the list coild just go on and on. The view is beyond words, an easy walk to the beach no matter what age you are and just listening to the surf from the room was fantastic. The pictures show how nice everything is and believe me it's even better than the pictures indicate. We sincerely hope that we could visit again and we know where to recommend staying to friends who come to Oregon. Thanks for everything, this was a vacation to treasure again and again. Our family had a great time in this oceanfront condo. Direct beach access thrilled the kids. Springtime was still cold and rainy so after playing on the beach we loved warming up in the heated pool and Sauna. The Condo was clean and well stocked. Most of our meals were made in the condo, which was refreshing. The property owners are great to work with. Would love to stay again.

My wife, daughter and I stayed in #107 at the Sea Gypsy Condos for three days and nights. This is a nice clean one bedroom two bath beach condo. My daughter was able to swim at the indoor pool everyday and the beach access is one of the best on the Oregon Coast. The kitchen was equipped for anything you may want to whip up for supper. Try it for yourself and you wont be disappointed.

We stayed at the Sea Gypsy many years ago when it was a hotel, so it was fun to be back. The condo was very cozy for two. We appreciated the little touches- condiments, plastic wrap, spices, games, puzzles, binoculars, etc. Nice not to have to buy/bring a bunch of stuff. The owners were very nice to work with and the Sea Gypsy is centrally located. Despite the snow, rain, wind and hail we had a good time!

We have stayed at a few different condos at sea gypsy and this was definitely one of the nicest! Very clean, spacious, everything you need to feel right at home. Beach access was priceless, pool access is close to room, and the room was full of little treasures like board games, movies and kites. Both beds were very plush and comfortable! This was a great space for our two year old son, but would also be great for a romantic getaway. This condo is conviniently located in the heart of Lincoln City, but quiet enough for beach bliss. The owners were wonderful, organized, thoughtful and had great communication. We will definitely return and reccomend. Thank you!!!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! The sliding-glass doors to the beach make it seem roomy, and the decor is updated and fabulous! Comfy bed, 2 bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen..we couldn't have asked for more! I've already referred several friends and we definitely plan to rent this condo again. It was the nicest one at the Sea Gypsy! ...plus, Kiersten was a gem to work with!

This condo was a great place to relax and watch the waves come in. Fully furnished with beautiful decor and the owners have forgotten nothing to make your stay more comfy. From games, movies, sand toys, kites, hot chocolate.....you name it, they had it. I would highly recommend this unit to everyone! This will be our only beach destination in the future!

We are a group of friends who meet up in Lincoln City to spend time catching up on our busy lives and reconnecting for a weekend. We had a wonderful time! Your unit is amazing! We loved how close the beach access is and hope to stay in the summer sometime. As the weather kept us in the room most of the time. The outlet mall is so close. Thanks agian! View and beach access are spectacular. The unit is fully remodeled and beautifully decorated. Everything is brand new! Instead of the usual bare minimum utensils and dinnerware this unit has everything! The kitchen is fully equipped. The owners have provided every comfort for their guests -- including beach towels, kites and binoculars. It is on the main floor and is easily accessed. The view is out of this world. It is GREAT value. Kierstin (the owner) is wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!

We had an excellent time staying here. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the place was better than expected. It was very clean with furniture and appliances that seemed relatively new. We also didn't need to bring as many things as we did. They had everything we could of needed for the beach or in the condo. We really only needed to bring food and cloths. There was also an indoor pool. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Just returned from our second stay in this unit at the Sea Gypsy. Been staying there over 30 years, but this is definitely nicer than when it was a motel. Part of our party stayed in another unit this time & it wasn't as beautiful as this one. The pool has been remodeled & is much nicer now, also. It was so nice to have games & movies there for our use, & the kitchen is completely stocked - very handy. I love having an oven - it's so much easier cooking for a crowd. We have stayed in Lincoln City several times before and this is by far the best place we have stayed! They provided everything we could have possibly needed and more. Our kids really loved the beach toys and kites they had. They also loved the warm indoor swimming pool. I loved how nice and clean it was as well as how well stocked the kitchen was with everything I needed. The view is amazing and we were able to walk right on to the beach. We had the most amazing time and can't wait to return! Thank you James and Kierstin!!

I did a few hours of research looking for the perfect place to spend our first family vacation with our 1yr old daughter. After comparing prices and accomidations #107 at the Sea Gypsy was a no brainer, this room is absolutely spotless and furnished very nicely I was very impressed as it is even better than the pictures. Having a crib/highchair already there just topped the cake for us and being steps from the beach was priceless as the weather would change every 30 minutes, we could be playing in the surf and sand then the rain would come and we could be back in the room enjoying the beautiful view in just 1 minute! Thanks again for the awesome place to stay!

It was nice, quiet and unhurried time of the year to enjoy this cozy, well furnished condo. We had a comfortable base from which to explore the area or just to walk on the beach, which we did a lot--in all kinds of weather. Thank you for thinking of everything to make our stay enjoyable. This is a great place to stay if you are looking for easy access to the beach in a clean, well-kept condo that feels brand new! Fully equiped kitchen was nice to be able to make some meals in rather than having to eat out all the time. The kids loved the pool, which provided hours of entertainment! The owners were more than accomodating when it came to check in / check out times and were extremely flexible. I appreciated the owner checking in with us via phone call upon our arrival to make sure we got in okay and answer any questions. Great weekend getaway!

We SO enjoyed staying in James and Kiersten's condo. They thought of every detail (books, DVDs, puzzles, games, beach toys and chairs) that made it feel like home and a luxurious escape all at the same time. My three-year old son LOVED it! Having the beach and the pool so close made entertaining our son effortless. I wanted to stay at the Sea Gypsy because I had really fond memories of staying there as a kid. It was as I remembered only better...modern, clean and really nicely renovated. We will start our own family tradition of staying at this condo, and their price allows us to do that. Thanks again for a great stay!

This condo was very nice and clean, and fully equipped with everything we could have needed. The owners even had the pack 'n play set up and ready because they knew we had a daughter that would need it. The beachfront view is hard to beat, being able to watch the sun set over the ocean in the evening and the full moon set in the morning. I'm not sure how the sea lion and half dozen seagulls ended up in our room, but they were a nice (although awkward) touch... kidding! Had a great time. Thanks James and Kierstin!
