Description of the Lincoln City vacation condo rental

One of two adjacent units we own, this ground-level oceanfront 1 bedroom/2 bath 650 square-foot condo is exceptional for up to 4 adults. A king Tempur-Pedic bed in the bedroom, a queen Tempur-pedic wall bed in the front room, and a kitchen with filtered cold water make for an ideal getaway to the Pacific Ocean. At 30 feet above sea level, this is as close as you can get to the beach, as well as the indoor pool and sauna (about 30 feet to the entrance). Enjoy miles of beach walking. Just south of the Sea Gypsy flows the "shortest river in the world" -- the shallow, D River. Tide pools are a very short walk to the north.

Excellent accommodation

We stayed in this condo for 2 weeks in August and loved it. It had everything we needed and more - well stocked kitchen, bathroom, pool towels, beach chairs, DVDs for the kids, etc. The condo has direct beach access which made it easy for the kids to play, and the sunsets at night were fabulous. Complex also has a pool which helped warm us up after a quick dip in the cold ocean. Would highly recommend renting this condo for anyone staying in Lincoln City.

Owner's reply:

There is also a sauna for warming up. Sometimes it is necessary to plan ahead and switch it on, since it is lightly used most days.

The unit was more than we had anticipated. It was comfortable for the three of us and afforded pleasant surroundings right outside the door. Restaurants were within an easy drive. Activities were also relatively close. We would highly recommend this property to anyone interested.

Wonderful Stay, Right on the Beach!

We had a wonderful 3 nights here for my birthday weekend, and couldn't have asked for a better location, or a more comfy unit. It had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen, gourmet coffee, condiments, beach towells, and little extras like beach chairs, 2 dvd players, and dvd movies to watch. The beds are both tempurpedic and oh SO comfy! We're glad we found this condo, and hope to be back again soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Stay

Myself and three grand daughters, and a friend from Montana spent 3 wonderful days in the condo. Everything we needed was their for us and the place was beautiful plus we had great aaccess to the beach as I have a beathing problem and it made it so I could also enjoy the beach. Looking forward to the next time.
