Description of the Lincoln City vacation condo rental
This private, oceanfront condominium, part of Sea Gypsy in the Lincoln City, is as close to the beach as any vacation spot in Oregon. Period. Our second-story condo has an oceanside suite with a full kitchen, queen bed, full bathroom, and Roku with streaming Netflix and Internet connected to your television.
Large windows in the oceanside suite give you amazing views of the beach. Watch for harbor seals in shallow waves below, and the waterspouts of migrating grey whales on the horizon. We've recently seen orcas (killer whales) in the shallow waves, too.
This condo sleeps four and features two separate sleeping areas. The back bedroom features another queen bed, a second full-sized bathroom and television.
We provide a direct Internet connection into our condo for your exclusive use. No bandwidth problems sharing with other guests. The Sea Gypsy features an indoor heated pool and dry sauna for guests. There is even gas grill on the premises for personal use.
The immediate beach access sets this condo apart from other vacation spots on the Oregon Coast. Your kids can play in the sand as you watch them from your front window. After a full day of building sand castles, wading in the ocean, swimming in the pool, your family will be ready for some cutting edge entertainment at night.
As mentioned above, we have installed Roku that streams Netflix, HuluPlus, HBOGO, Pandora and several other on-demand movie services to your television. Forget the DVD player, you can choose from THOUSANDS of movies and TV shows through our Roku and watch them for free. We provide the Netflix!
But when it's all said and done, most of our guests come for the long sandy beach below, Mother Nature’s greatest attraction. The Sea Gypsy is adjacent to the D River — the shortest river in the world, according to the Guinness Book of the World Records. Take a 10-minute walk north of the Sea Gypsy to some natural tides pools, where you will find a wide range of sea life, including sea urchins, star fish and other surprises.

Area Information
When you stay here, you’re a short walk from the downtown art district, several fine restaurants, taverns, antiques stores and the Tanger Outlets — Lincoln City’s No. 1 shopping attraction.
Chinooks Winds Casino is just 5 minutes away via the free shuttle (provided by the casino on weekends) or a $7 cab ride. It is 2 miles by foot down the beach if you're interested in one of those famous long waks on the beach.
The Sea Gypsy is adjacent to the D River, which comes from the mouth of Devil's Lake just across the highway. Devil's Lake features a multitude of recreational opportunities from jet skiing to fishing and boats rentals. Several public parks ring the lake, and if you're coming to Lincoln City with kids we highly recommend Regatta Grounds Park with its enormous castle playground.

The condo was perfect.The location was right on the beach and the furnishings were just what we needed. I would recommend this if you like the ocean and comfortable and clean place to stay.

I have a deep, emotional attachment to Lincoln City in general, and the Sea Gypsy in particular. It was my family’s favorite vacation spot as I was growing up. I spent many weekends building sandcastles in front of the Sea Gypsy as a kid, and chasing girls around the pool as a teenager.
