High Tides has Wi-Fi, great decks and a kitchen with every utensil a cook will need. The grassy backyard with private hot tub is a great place to hang out after a walk on the beach.
The home is also equipped with every modern amenity, including two large decks, a hot tub, barbecue, a full-sized kitchen with smooth-top Jenn-Air range, breakfast bar, wireless internet, three HD TVs, Blu-Ray DVD player, PS2 game system, and full laundry facilities. Great Getaway Cottage

This is a charming cottage on the Oregon Coast. Everything is very neat and tidy and very home-y. It is within walking distance of the beach and very accessible to other areas on the coast and downtown Portland. I would definitely book this beach house again - I was sad that we couldn't stay longer! My only reason for giving it 4 stars is that the owner does have very particular requirements for the up-keep but it is understandable since it is in impeccable shape.

This beautiful cottage is well equiped and well located, close to shopping, restaurants but still quiet and away from traffic. It is close to the woods, so there are deer that come and linger in the backyard. The hottub on the backdeck is lovely and well maintained. There is little that I did not like about this charming place. Maybe if one was very picky, you would want a more comfortable mattress in the master bedroom, but it was adequate. I do find, because you are staying at someone's house, that there is much cleaning and organizing at the end of the stay. The cleaning that is covered with your payment includes the linens only. Would of liked the check out time to be noon instead of 11 am. Would stay at this house again for sure!

We have stayed at this summer rental several times.It's a very romantic and clean home.The decor is very cute and it feels very homey and comfortable.Cindy the owner always calls to make everything is the way you want it.We were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary and I can't think of a better place to spend it in.The beach is also very nice and close to the rental.We will be returning to this rental frequently.

The cottage was so cute. When you walk in, it was very welcoming. The colors and the decore was so cute. The beds were comforable and the hot tub was great. The only thing that needed some attention was the dusting hadn't been done. That was the only thing that had been missed. You could write your name in it on the tv stand and cobwebs hanging from the kitchen ceiling down to the plastic plants, those too need to be washed or dusted on a regular basis. We arrived and found the space much to our liking, and the kitchen fairly well equipped, as promised. The space was perfect for us in regards to space (though I wouldn't want to share with another two people), but we are fairly private people and enjoy our alone time. The beach is only 50 yards away, though you'll have a bit of a longer walk to an access point. Our second night the sky was clear and we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub, stargazing. All in all, an enjoyable stay, and we are very much looking forward to returning!

This was perfect for our little getaway to the coast. The house was comfortable and welcoming. The jacuzzi was great and a nice way to relax. There is a short walk to the coast and the public access was a bit steep but that area of the beach is also very quiet and less crowded. I would return and would recommend this rental home to anyone looking for a quiet weekend on the coast.

Our family of 4 came in March to Lincoln City to spend our vacation. The High Tides beach house was perfect! It had a wonderful view and everything that we would need in a home to stay. The house also has great curb appeal and is beautifully decorated inside with warm colors. It also had a great bulletin board in the hall that people would leave business cards on that stated if those places were good to visit or not. It's a great idea and we found several local restaurants that we have added to our favorites list. We loved the house and will be using it again when we come to the Lincoln City area.

A comfortable and charming house. We had a short stay but were completely relaxed. The house is a short stroll to the beach, which is perfect for long walks and the tide pools are indeed magical. The hot tub is great at night to loll around in and watch the stars. And we saw deer and a hummingbird.

The house was amazingly decorated, well-appointed with practically everything provided (towels, soap for laundry, spices, sugar, etc...), and the owners were very thoughtful and sweet. The beach access was closer than I thought - literally at the end of the hill, and the hot tub was AMAZING! We'd listen to the ocean crash and roar from the comfort of the hot tub every night. Can't praise this place enough - beach is secluded and quiet as most tourists don't stay in Roads End, and the tide pools at the north end are not to be missed. Stop looking elsewhere, and stay here!

Can't imagine why anyone would choose a hotel/condo when this beautiful, comfortable little cottage is available. The area is beautiful and quiet! Wish we could have stayed longer and/or could visit more often. Unfortunately travel distance prohibits frequent visits. One of the best "get away from the rat race" weeks I've ever had. I have already recommended High Tides to friends and will continue to do so!

HTB is located in a nice, quiet area of Lincoln City called Roads End. It has easy access to the beach where a short walk north brings you to driftwood piles, tide pools, and cliffs. It's a quick, easy drive to get groceries and visit the casino. The house itself was very clean and modern. We loved being able to cook dinner at home (especially the halibut we caught in the Pacific) and star-gaze while sitting in the hot tub at night. We highly recommend HTB to couples and small families (1-2 children).

This was a wonderful vacation house. It was so well decorated and close to the beach, too. Although it was a little confusing to figure out how to run it, we loved the Hot Tub. We walked into the house and immediately felt at home. The house was decorated so nice -casual, and the kitchen was stocked nicely. The beds were comfy, too! I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this beautiful and cozy home. The owners have strived to make all amenities available. I've stayed in vacation rentals in the past and haven't had as much as a salt and pepper shaker, but this is a cook's dream away from home, with all the spices and basics you could ever need. The cool evenings were warmed up nicely with the hot tub looking up at the stars and the sound of the ocean. The sunsets were BEAUTIFUL! Lincoln City offered so many things to do as well, shopping, beaches, indoor activities for kids-- so much to do and not enough time to do it all. We loved the house! Quiet, close to the beach, comfy beds, everything we could need was there! Cute and comfortable, and the yard was great, too! Our 6 year old even found the fireplace in the closet, and since it rained, we had fun watching the "fire". He also liked watching the fishing ships early in the morning from the loft. We will definitely be back again!

We spent last week at "High Tides". It was all we hoped for and more. Even though someone is building a tall brown house down the way from High Tides there is still a view of the ocean from many windows and both decks. The attention to detail is wonderful. Lovely colors and high level bedding, towels and kitchen items. We felt at home and loved exploring the beach. It is an easy walk even with our kids. The owners were great to work with and we highly recommend this vacation rental. We wish we were still there.

Thanks so much for a wonderful mid-week stay in your beautiful home! The beach access was awesome, the hot tub was a perfect way to relax and see the stars and hear the ocean, the 3rd night free was pretty nice too! I'd highly reccomend this home to all my friends and family!

Your house in Lincoln City is the perfect getaway!! It was obvious as I first walked in how much hard work and care you and your husband have put into making it a wonderful place to go and relax at the beach. It was also such absolutely amazing weather, I could not have asked for anything more! It was exactly the weekend I needed to recharge again. I understand why you already have repeat reservations. I have already started to look for my next excuse to go down and stay there myself. I have already told 2-3 of my friends as well that they need to go and check it out too!

We just got back from a 1 week stay at the High Tides Bungalow. All we can say is WOW!! We loved it all. We felt at home as soon as we stepped in. The view from the hot tub was wonderful. The walk to the beach was just perfect. The house had all we could ask for. We are so looking forward to our stay next year. Just trying to figure out how we can stay longer.

The High Tides bungalow house is the perfect escape - the stunning view from the upstairs bedroom, the fantastic interior decor, easy access to shops and groceries yet located in a quiet neighborhood, this vacation house was exactly what we needed. Only a block from the beach, completely equipped with linens, beach towels, tv, board games, hot tub, and all the kitchen necessities you could need to prepare a family meal or simply enjoy a quiet cup of coffee before a walk on the beach - we felt right at home from the beginning to the end of our stay. Next time we'll stay longer, wish we would have had more days to explore the tide pools and evenings to roast marshmellows for smores over the backyard grill! Truly a phenomenal rental -
