All new furniture and top of the line entertainment including a 53" Big Screen TV, Surround-Sound Stereo System, Shuffle Board, TV's with DVD's, High Speed Wireless Internet and Fenced Yard for the family dog! Plenty of room for your group or family of 8 to spread out in and relax! On the main floor is the living room with gas fireplace, leather sofa and welcoming window seat; guest room with queen size bed; 1/2 bath; a kitchen loaded with everything you'll need for vacation and holiday meals (including a flat-screen TV) and a dining area which opens out to the deck and fenced in patio. Upstairs you'll find the master suite complete with TV/DVD, king size Broyhill sleigh bed, and tub shower combination in the private bath. Guest room has a queen size bed and the hall bath has another tub-shower combination. You'll gasp with delight to step into the Media Room! This room has a peek of the ocean, fabulous leather furniture, sofa sleeper, shuffleboard and a 53" TV to enjoy movies and sports action! Located about 6 blocks to the beach, this home has been outfitted specifically to become your favorite Beach n' Pad on the Oregon Coast! Parking for up to four vehicles (no trailers or RV's, please). $50 additional pet cleaning fee applies when bringing your dog to this home.
