Sitting at the north end of Lincoln City, this beach property is the second row of houses from the beach front. As the house sits at the peak of a hill and is 3 stories, you will have spectacular views from all levels. The public beach access is very conveniently located less than 200 feet from the house. Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, chinook winds...are all within walking distance.
