3 friends and I rented this house for my 60th birthday - for the week. The pix are EXACT! The view was FABULOUS. This is a cozy home perfect for 4 adults. The week was made even more fabulous as the coast had the biggest snowfall EVER RECORDED! Waves were 15-18 feet, wind close to 80 mph. It was awesome to sit and watch it all from this gorgeous picture window with the fireplace going and chocolate wine in all hands. The king and queen beds are sooo comfy. One piece of advice is to bring games if you are adults. Pretty much all children's games. But, other than that, it was a spectacular week and I would definitely rent this home again!

This is our second stay at this beautiful house we spent Thanksgiving here a couple of years ago. The house is equipped with everything you will need. The view is great. Our dog loves laying in front of the fireplace. the beach is short walk. We have brought the family but this week was just the two of us. Amy and Robert have created a home away from home. We loved our stay and are sure to return

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house and view is amazing. My kids fell in love with the house as it is well stocked with Legos, toys, Wii and several games. Just a short walk away from the beach. Couldn't ask for a better place!

Excellent property owners with lots of helpful and interesting information. The owners are great, I even received an email the night before we were to arrive with updates about how great the low tide had been and where to take the kids to see some great tide pools! This was my first time renting a vacation home and I will definately do it again. The owner was wonderful, the house was as described with everything needed for our holiday get together including a christmas tree :-) (the owners asked if we were ok with the tree). The kids had a great time playing ping pong / air hockey / Playstation 2 and they even had a Wii system with games. The home is in a great location on the south end of lincoln city - close to the factory stores and not far from the casino and only 6 houses down from beach access. The only issue we had was the remote for the upstairs tv was nowhere to be found (my dad had the kids search the entire house) and due to the satelite system without the remote you could only watch movies. If it wasn't for my dad (can't sleep without a tv) this wouldn't have been an issue, luckily they had sci-fi movies he could watch that made it bearable. The firepit outside is great for making smores (they even had roasting sticks) and enjoying the beach fire experience without the sand. Overall if it wasn't for the remote I would have given it a 5 star. The stairs were a bit much for the older relatives, (they seemed steeper in person) the outside stairs are easier for access but a little narrow and hard to see at night.

We really enjoyed our time at this vacation rental. We took advantage of the bonfire pit and roasted hot dogs under the stars. We now have great memories that will last a life time. Whats a weekend in Lincoln City without one stormy day? Thankfully there was a ping pong table that kept the kids and also adults busy for hours. Although it was nasty outside we were able to sit back and enjoy hot coco by the fireplace. Would highly recommended this very spacious rental.

The views from all main floor living areas are fantastic. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach below and enjoy great sunsets from the warmth of the gas fireplace or sit on the porch with a glass of wine and say "ahhh". Having two full baths on the main level is great and half bath upstairs where the bedrooms are is very nice. King size, queen or twin beds available, plus a futon on the main floor. I would not recommend this unit for those who have difficulty with stairs as there are stairs to the entry and more stairs to the sleeping areas. The owners take pride in their home and it shows.

Lovely, clean, well equipped home. We went to the coast to have a small marriage ceremony and decided to do it right there in the yard with the beautiful ocean view for our background.

My family of six and my mother stayed there for six days.. Very comfy home...! Loved the view..! The sound of the ocean at night was amazing..! My kids loved it, my mother loved it..! Look forward to another vacation there again..! My kids want to go back..!

we spent 5 nights, the view was amazing, the house was warm and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, everything you could need! Owners very accommodating, especially enjoyed being able to take our furry friends. A very enjoyable, relaxing stay.

We can't express enough kudos for the vacation house we rented right on the beach in Lincoln City. We had our two granddaughters, one 18 and one is 8, and there was so much for each to do. The beach access was right next to the property, and watching the waves right out the front window was unbelievable. The house was clean, comfortable, and accomodated each of our wishes for a place perfectly. Yes, I would highly recommend this property, and we hope to go back as soon as we can!

This was a great home - the photos really don't do it justice. We had a fantastic weekend relaxing on the incredibly comfy sofas in the livingroom with the best view of the ocean. The kids loved the ping pong and air hockey in the basement, and the stairs to the beach were just down the road. The beds, too, were very comfortable and great for a good night's sleep. The 6 of us were very comfortable there. Will definitely be back to this house. Thanks to Amy for allowing us this stay!

Loved the neighborhood, the view and proximity to the ocean! We had a multi-generation vacation and Grandparents enjoyed themselves and the peaceful/cozy atmosphere as much as the Grandkids enjoyed the pingpong,videogmames and sand. Mom and Dad enjoyed walking on the beach and in the neighborhood. We loved the nooks and crannies available to everyone to hide away doing whatever each wanted to do. Great way to stay at the Oregon coast since rain is always a factor - stay warm and dry while enjoying the beauty and power of the stormy sea. The kids were asking when we could we come back before we even left!

We enjoyed our stay at this older but nicely kept oceanfront home. Views were great! Very clean. The ping pong table was a nice addition for the couple rainy days.

With Nelscott Reef in sight, the great room provided unbelievable views of the largest waves we had ever seen. The house is comfortable, with a secluded feel, ample room and smartly furnished. Great for our toddlers and dog. The beach is a short walk with a lot of stairs. The locale has all the ammenities one could desire. We will be back!

A very nice house, right at the beach. Our kids loved how close we wer to the ocean. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Amy is great! We will certainly be back. Oh yea, it was extra special because we could take the four legged member of our family with us.

I haven't had any sort of vacation in quite awhile due to my shop demanding all my time. . It was my 52nd birthday but 49 PLUS TAX to anyone who knows me. This has been such a pleasure. We loved the view, the personal touch of fresh flowers and the serene surroundings. .We would do it again. I also recommend to anyone who is not familiar with this area to try the Sea Hag in Depot Bay or Maxwells in Lincoln City. . You won't be disappointed. .

Our little Sisterhood group, from Sweet Home, OR stayed at Amy's house for 2 days. We all had a wonderful time and slept like babies. We even had an entertaining light show over the ocean to watch one evening that was awesome to see! Thanks Amy, for ordering lighting up just for us! heehee!...She is so accommodating! The house is very well equipped and we girls all really appreciated the 3 bathrooms! We had no complaints, and are already planning our next stay! Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful comfortable home Amy!

This house is so cozy yet spacious, and the view can't be beat. It is so peaceful to sit in front of the large picture window and watch the waves. We have been renting homes along the Oregon Coast for years, and this house rates among my top five favorites. I can't wait to go back!

My sister, mom and I all stayed for five nights and it wasn't long enough. We all have hectic lives so this was a much needed relax and pamper get away. My favorite day, we stayed in our PJ's until 2:00 watching the ocean - seals, dolphins and whales all in one day - then went to the spa. Big house but still very cozy. I can't wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs over Thanksgiving week, and absolutely loved it. The house has amazing views of the ocean, and it's only a short walk to a set of public stairs that take you down to the sand. Plus, the fact that the house is pet-friendly was great for us. And the home itself is very cozy, especially with the beautiful stone gas fireplace. I would definitely recommend this home for families with kids, too, as there are lots of games, puzzles, etc. and it is clear that the owner and her family treasure it as a beach home, and allow others to share as well.

This house on the beach was incredible. Nothing was missed.......the two decks had lots of seating, a great hottub, firepit, and views that would knock your socks off. There was plenty to do inside and out - lots of games, books, TV's in every room (although you would be crazy to watch them when there are so many more exciting things to do), pingpong, and the list goes on. The kitchen was equipped with great pots and pans, a nice herb selection and a wine opener that got used a lot. The only thing we found that was missing was a garlic press. If you are looking for a convenient spot for shopping, beach combing, kite sailing or just relaxing, this house is for you. My daughters, neice and I had a FANTASTIC TIME!!

I took my family to stay at one of your duplex condo rentals in July and it was a wonderful experience for all of us and expecially for our daughter who came out to visit from Texas with her husband, who had never seen the ocean. This trip helped him fall in love with Oregon and because of this wonderful view from the rental, they are going to move out here next year. This beautiful location and view helped with our mission in getting them to move out here. The rental was very clean and had everything we needed in it. The beds were all very comfortable also. I have already recommended you to several of our friends. Thank you very much for a wonderful memory.
