HUGE 30'x 30' level sand mound on the side yard property, Great for supervised play of young children. visible from the hot tub where parents could be soaking and from the kitchen and upstairs baywindow tables, drinking coffee, or from the adorondac chairs right by it listening to crashing waves and roaring ocean.
