This 2100+ square ft oceanfront custom home was built in 1995. It is located in the desired Nelscott area right in the heart of Lincoln City and directly in front of the Nelscott Reef which make for great whale & seal watching. The Black Pearl has an elegant & charming feel with its antiques and furnishings, specifically catering to adults; however, we warmly welcome families with children as long as they are supervised at all times and are not left at the home unattended. The home is nestled up upon the bluff with breathtaking views. You will feel a sense of relaxation & serenity as you enter this luxury home to unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle of life. There is plenty to do in Lincoln City and surrounding areas. Factory Outlet Stores just blocks away, antique shops abound. Visit numerous galleries, dine at some of the finest restaurants, and enjoy world-class entertainment at Chinook Winds & Spirit Mountain.

The Black Pearl offers something for everyone-just name your pleasure! If it is relaxation you want, just slide yourself into the outdoor spa, listen to ocean, gaze at the stars and unwind. If fun & games are your thing, then pop out a board game , shuffle a deck of cards or use a number of fun beach items available. If you are an entertainment enthusiast, flip through the 70+ channels offered or the 80+ movie selections provided. If it is romance you desire, enjoy a stroll on the beach, hold hands, enjoy dinner in the dining room with a spectacular view and then indulge in the two person Jacuzzi in the master suite. Maybe it is just peace and quiet you seek- then curl up with a plush throw read a book from the bookcase or meditate in the sunshine through the extra large windows in the captains quarters.

*Beach access is 1 1/2 blocks from the home. Public restrooms are available at the beach access, as well as parking areas, however the beach access is short walking distance from the house.

March-May & Sep-3 night minimum required...Oct-Feb-2 night minimum required...June-Aug-5 night minimum required.

If we have gaps in between bookings we will accommodate 4, 3, 2, even 1 night stays; please note this is ONLY when filling gaps between other reservations otherwise nightly minimums apply. We do this year round January-December! Check our calendar for availability, call or email us and we will help you slide in a spot without staying for our minimum requirements!

Well kept vacation home. Great view and kitchen well equiped. May not be best for very small children due to multi-level floors/outside decks.

this is an incredible home. very comfortable but oh so luxurious. I have recommended this house to everyone. After 10 plus years of looking for "the" house. I think we have found it.

My family rented this house for a week. What a great location. The beach was in walking distance. There was a Safeway down the street to grab what we needed. The upstairs was so perfect. Within minutes we felt right at home. When we weren't off exploring Lincoln City or on the beach we were hanging out in the living room, playing cards and enjoying our views. It was so much fun! I highly recommend it for all families.
