Neskowin home at Proposal Rock

Owner, Greg, was excellent to work with via E mail and gave clear directions and additional information to us. Propery is easy to locate, even at night, however a porch light to open the key box would of been really nice, since we had to dig for flashlights in our luggage. Nicely furnished and clean. Bar B Q was dirty when we went to use, since we had wonderful weather. Firefighter son cleaned it right up and we located the additonal tank since the first ran out when cleaning the grill. Propery could use more towels. We did have to do laundry to keep up with only 5 people there 3 out 5 days. Additional door mats would be nice too with in and out from the deck with pups and us. We just put down a travel blanket and called it good. Loved the dumb waiter for the firewood, too! Did pick up dry firewood to make it easier to get it going and enjoyed seating around with the blaze and yakking. I would rent this property again but just bring a few more "items" with my party. Good stay in all. Oh, the eagles were there and wonderful to watch.

It was my husband’s 60th Birthday and we had the kids join us in celebrating. The house was beautiful with a breath taking view of the ocean and was fully stocked with anything you would need on the beach and more. We had the best family time and as my husband said it was the best birthday he ever had. thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us

Great break in January

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay -- two weeks for us with guests joining on the weekend for my husband's birthday. Although storming with wind and rain, the house was warm and comfortable. Loved, loved being directly on the beach -- allowed us to walk our dog frequently as well as watch all of the action the storms brought in. Nice to be in a community with no additional traffic. We will definitely be checking into going again.

The tough part of this house is finding it. Nestled back in the woods it is a dream house for a peaceful vacation. The property owner is very accommodating and the perks of the property endless. It's like your favorite uncle let you use his house for a week.

The Great Room/Kitchen area w/ wood burning fireplace is spectacular w/ floor to ceiling glass allowing you take in all the action of the ever changing dynamics of the Oregon Coast. If you want to bring your pet along - no problem. The 3 Br's - all w/ their own baths - is also an added plus. We Love the experience and are now visiting 3 times a year!"
