My husband and I celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary at this home. It was so clean and cozy and when I realized I had forgotten my hairdryer my husband found one in the bathroom. Saved the day. Lisa was prompt in responding to e-mails and the whole process of renting was super easy. Location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely rent this home again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and well taken care of. The only complaint was the Queen bed; if you have ever seen the I Love Lucy episode where they stop in a hotel on their way to California and the bed is concaved in the middle and they roll into each other all night then you know what I mean. We just had to learn how to sleep in it and it did offered some hummorus jokes during our stay so it wasn't so bad. All in all a great house at a great price! I would recommend this house wholeheartedly.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the beach. The house was nice and clean. It is just a short walk to the beach and on the way there, there was a play ground area great for kids 6&under. The 2nd floor of the house was great because we could see the beach from the porch and hear the waves. We were able to bake and cook what ever we wanted in the kitchen. We left the sliding door open for most of our stay so we could hear the waves in the house. The downside: the grill it was yucky, who ever used it last did not clean it. So we reported it to Lisa and she returned our call right away. Overall we would rent this place again. Thanks for making it affordable for families and a nice clean place to rent.

Once again, Lisa's home in Lincoln City, OR., was exactly what we ordered. This was our second 1-week stay for the semi-annual BCA pool tournaments. We had a different group with us this time and their satisfaction was as positive as we have experienced in the past. One little benefit we found this time is the ample space for parking three vehicles. We had two last year and found that the space for three is very handy. We will be back. Oddly, we experienced more snow in one day than we have received in our normally snow country. Thank you, Lisa.

Just What We Needed

Cozy, quiet, and comfortable is a perfect description of this rental. Needing some time away from our own busy schedules, we weren't looking for things to do, just time to relax and catch up with some long-time friends. It felt like home the minute we walked in. We found everything we needed in the well stocked kitchen and we appreciated the cleanliness of the home. We also liked the location - close to a grocery store, a short distance to the outlet mall, and within walking distance of the beach. We will definitely keep this home in "our favorites" file.

Took our kids for thier annivesary, have been here last year to take our Mom for here 73rd Birthday. We love this house. If I could I would take the king size bed home. Best night sleep I ever had. It's close to shopping,casino and the beach. Very quiet and clean neighborhood too. Plan to come and stay every year if possible.

We have been renting this home for years. Over the years the owner has made several wonderful upgrades to this home. Everytime we come to stay we have a really good time. What makes this home so appealling is the sitting room downstairs, huge master with bath seperate from upstairs level, the huge windows in the breakfast area, and how it has such a warm homey feeling. We highly reccomend this home to others and we will continue to rent in the future.

I would just like to say that my husband and I and 2 of our great friends spent my 5yr anniversary there.It was cozy and for the person that said theres no ocean view your wrong I loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean and hearing it all night. THe house had everything we needed,the little plug in firplace was great.We all 4 plan on using this house for all of our beach trips and Lisa is great!!!LOVED IT!!!!!VERY HAPPY!!!!!!!

Wow!!! What a great place to stay in Lincoln City, OR!! We were there for our honeymoon, and we mentioned often that we were so pleased with our choice! The cost was right, and the accommodations were superb!! EVERYTHING and more was provided for us! It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the privacy and the quiet neighborhood. We could just glimpse the ocean from the kitchen window as we ate the meals we prepared in the well-stocked kitchen and/or grilled on the lovely gas grill on the wrap-around deck! It was a short walk to the beach, and we took advantage of that closeness often. Loved, loved, loved our stay there! :) Lisa, the owner, was very helpful and easy to work with. Thank you for such a great place to stay!! We would love to return in the future!! :)

Amazing little get away!

My husband, two children and my daughters friend (ages 8, 13, 14), and I all stayed here for eight nights, and it was perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids took on the upstairs while my husband and I enjoyed the little living space downstairs (sometimes my 8 yr.old would get tired of the girls and join us for a movie). We loved that anything and everything we needed was right there for us. Just to walk out on the deck in the evening and listen to the ocean was music to my ears. We will be back to our "amazing little get away" next summer, oh and my kiddos were kind enough to leave behind there shovels, and castle making sand buckets, and a few other goodies for the other families to enjoy. Perfect Mother's Day

First the weather was absolutely perfect for a May day. The sunset view from the deck was awesome and so was the view of the ocean. My 3 y/o just sat out there looking at the ocean and sun. I wish we could've bbq'd but there was no propane and we didn't feel like going to get any. Everything we needed was right there (except for a cookie sheet). My oldest played games downstairs while we relaxed upstairs with the little one. The king size bed was awesome. They walked to the beach from the house one day. My son wants to go back every year now. Thanks for a great stay.

My family and I decided to do something different; we celebrated Christmas at the beach. We all had such a great time!!! The house is beautiful, cozy and SOOOO close to the beach. I couldn't believe we were only 4 blocks from the beach. Everything is in walking distance...even the casino. Everyday was sunny no clouds..while in Portland it was raining and cloudy!!! My Husband and I will be going again this May to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Lets just say I have 126 days left until we go there!!! The downstairs living room was my favorite, I loved the little plug in fireplace. Thank you Lisa, your house is absolutly wonderful.

This home is very beautiful, peaceful, gorgeous and cozy. My husband and our two children and I along with our friends spent the weekend here on September 25-27, 2009. It was our Anniversary weekend and what better place to spend it but at this beautiful beach house. I can't explain it but it was the best Anniversary I have ever had.we really enjoyed this house and we will be back to stay there. I can't wait to be able to go back to Lincoln city. to me it wasn't just any ol beach house it felt like home. thank you for letting my family and I stay at your home along with our friends..it definitely was the best weekend we had.

Perfect Family House

I stayed here with my two children, my sister, and my mother - it was the perfect place for us, since there were three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the washer and dryer allowed us to bring less (and therefore fewer suitcases). We were close enough to the beaches to walk if we wanted, but we usually drove because of our aging mother. We were central to everything - recreation, shopping, restaurants - and found the house incredibly convenient. Other people had left behind coolers and beach toys that we enjoyed using, and we added a kite to the mix. We'll definitely stay here again when we return to Lincoln City.

My family and I spent Memorial Day weekend at this cozy beach home. Although it did not have an ocean view, it was only a few blocks walk to a beautiful beach where we were able to fly kites and build sand castles. Kitchen was fully equipped, plus home had a washer / dryer, cable TV, high speed internet, outdoor BBQ and great layout. Hope to go back again soon.

This is a wonderful little spot to stay if you dont want to be right on the beach. My husband & I and another couple found it perfect as we were close to the casion for a New Years event. It was such a nice experience! All of the ladies loved the house! Its nice and cozy! And had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is also very nice! and its not a horrible walk either! THANK YOU SO MUCH LISA!!!! We all had a great weekend!

Nice clean cozy house. Easier to drive to the beach than walk ;) You can see and hear the ocean from a portion of the spacious back deck though. Everything you need for your getaway! Owner very flexible and friendly.
