The home is located absolute beachfront just above the waves at the end of a dead end avenue away from traffic, noise and crowds, providing the perfect setting for reconnecting with family, friends or corporate colleagues. The home provides numerous gathering spaces, yet is large enough to afford privacy when desired. The sound of crashing waves are heard in every bedroom, lulling you to sleep peacefully to wake up refreshed and ready to take in the fresh ocean breezes on your morning stroll or run on the beach.
Walls of windows offer our guests panoramic views of the Grand Pacific Ocean from almost every room. Designed for entertaining with 5500sf of open, bright space, the home features 10 foot ceilings, 8 foot solid doors, crystal hardware and other fine appointments throughout.
Large oceanfront decks feature comfy patio furniture to relax and enjoy the breathtaking views. Sleeps 30 to 33 guests and features recreation room. Miles of uncrowded, clean sandy beaches offer an ideal playground to interact with family or spend peaceful personal time in this pristine setting reflecting on life and reconnecting with one's self. The home is ideally located away from the crowds and only a few minutes from everything the Lincoln City area of the Oregon Coast have to offer.
Located just a few minutes north of the whale watching capital, the home takes advantage of regular sightings of the resident whale population. Whale watching and fishing expeditions are with 8 minutes of the home. Halibut, ling cod and numerous other fish species are caught in season throughout the year as well as salmon up to 50lbs just 5 minutes from the home in the Siletz River.
Tide pools are located about 3 minutes south of the home allowing young and old alike to enjoy interaction with crabs, starfish and other tide pool inhabitants. Beware of logs, sneaker waves and slipping on the rocks when climbing around tide pools!

Fantastic Home for Adults that like to Unwind

This home is perfect for entertaining! The pool table, fosse ball, full bar, home theater room, amazing kitchen with everything needed for 20+ people, hot tub, sauna, oh and the big hit..... the best massage chair ever, and the list goes on. The beds and couches are modern and comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and were very accommodating. This property is well cared for and it shows. If you are looking for the best look no further! I had a great time and my guests did as well. ***** One thing that could be updated- replaced***** The only stereo in the home "besides the theater" is a boom box that has no aux in and the cd player doesn't work.*****

Spacious, Beautiful, Comfortable Home on the Beach

Our family spent three days and two nights in this clean, beautifully decorated home on Gleneden Beach ~ lovely home, excellent location, quiet neighborhood. The open floor plan on the main level providsd both spaciousness and coziness. Plenty of room for cooking together, serving and seating our group of 20 at mealtimes. We found everything we needed in the beautiful kitchen (although we couldn't get the oven broiler to work.) Beautiful bedrooms with very comfortable beds ~ one king master bedroom has its own adjoining full bath; a second king bedroom also has a full bath, but the queen sunroom (which has a 3rd full bath) is accessible only through the 2nd king bedroom & bathroom. In another wing off the game room, a queen bedroom with couch and a king bedroom share a hallway and full bath with the 'Kids Room" which contains a set of single bunk beds and a set of double bottom/single top bunk beds. It's a small room with no door but adds very useful sleeping space. The 6th bedroom, on the upper level, has a king bed and a futon. The young folk enjoyed the game room which features the same magnificent ocean view as the living room upstairs. The four couches and ottomans provide lots of seating and comfortable sleeping, but none of the pull-out mattresses upstairs or down are sleep-worthy. We think this home sleeps 26 maximum if you use all the couches. In addition to the wonderful sandy beach, the home is situated just off scenic Hwy 101, an easy drive to many scenic vistas. The beach home was everything that had been described to us and more. There was ample room to spread out our four families that included three generations and two babies. The weather was perfect and the beds were extremely comfortable. My only caution is that the private beach access is quite rocky and can be treacherous to children and/or older adults; however, a short distance down the road has a more accessible access to the beach. We are already planning our next family vacation and intend to stay longer - 4 days went by so fast!

The owner of this home is where my experience all started - and she was fabulous! Always quick to reply to emails or answer my calls with questions I had. And than there's the house - amazing!! There was more than enough room for 20 of us to roam and it served us all well. The location on the beach is unbeatable. The beach is very different depending on your location, but this spot was perfect!!! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything...

We finally made it to your beautiful coast home. Thank you a thousand times over for allowing us to still use it even though it was a year later than we had planned and my mother was well enough to join us. This was the biggest, nicest, fanciest, coziest, and loveliest home that any of us have ever stayed in. Every bed and bedroom was wonderful, and each person found their own spot and made themselves feel right at home. In fact, we began taking ownership in your home as though it were our own. The ocean and sunset views were fabulous. Your kitchen was beautifully laid out and well equipped with everything we could possibly need or use. The sauna was a great way to wrap up the day too. We had the extra bonus of a rare nearly 80 degree weekend, which was about as close to Maui as it gets. We also appreciated all of your beautiful dishes and cookware that made our meals extra special. You didn't leave out a thing when you built this home. By the way, I think we all want our own theater room now that we had the privilege of using yours. It was awesome! Thank you for sharing it with us. We hope that we will have another opportunity to stay there again soon.

Family fun in luxury!

We just got back from a week at this place with some friends and our kids. Everybody was sad to leave, we had tons of room and great spaces to hang out, play pool, make drinks at the wet bar and had multiple showings of the latest DVD movies in your own private movie theater. I have rented many houses at the beach over the years and this one is at the top of my list! Great views, and easy beach access made for sunset on the beach each night with a bonfire. The kitchen was fun to cook in and the huge round formal dining made the adults feel special while a seperate table and kitchen bar took care of all the kids. The owners did an excellent job on the floorplan, decorating and amenities. We are already checking dates with our friends to reserve again for next year!

This beautiful home is located on a gorgeous beach! It has a great view of the sun set from any level of the home. We had 22 people in this house that offered something for every age there is. From the pool table to the movie theater inside, and the beach and decks on the outside. We loved each of the five days we spent there! We look forward to coming back again!

My family and I stayed at this home in September of 2008. What a wonderful home for a large group. There were 10 of us. There was plenty of space for all of us to have our own areas to get away. Theater room was very popular with all. The game room with Pool table was a favorite gathering place.
