Parker House at Olivia Beach

Located in the quaint community of Olivia Beach, this spacious house is the perfect beach getaway for busy families. With three bedrooms (sleeps nine) and three and a half baths, a separate playroom/t.v. room upstairs and a living room downstairs, there is plenty of room for everyone. This house boasts state-of-the-art amenities such as wireless internet, iPod docking stations, two large screen t.v.’s and DVD/CD players and includes conveniences such as a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, child booster seat, two double strollers, and a Pack ‘n Play. There is a large deck in the back with an 8-person hot tub, gas BBQ, and an outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet. House comes with several bikes for riding around the community. The house is conveniently located near the Olivia Beach park with a playground, stocked fire pit, and volleyball court and is just a blocks away from the beach access.

We stayed at the Parker House at Olivia Beach for a weekend in September 2009. We had a lovely visit. The house is very comfortable, spacious and in an excellent location. We are already planning our visit to Parker House for next year.
