This spacious house is the perfect beach getaway for busy families. With three bedrooms (sleeps nine) and three and a half baths, a separate playroom/t.v. room upstairs and a living room downstairs, there is plenty of room for everyone. This house boasts state-of-the-art amenities such as wireless internet, iPod docking stations, two large screen t.v.’s and DVD/CD players and includes conveniences such as a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, child booster seat, two double strollers, and a Pack ‘n Play. There is a large deck in the back with an 8-person hot tub, gas BBQ, and an outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet. House comes with several bikes for riding around the community. This home is part of the fabulous Olivia beach community. The house is conveniently located near the Olivia Beach park with a playground, stocked fire pit, and volleyball court and is just a blocks away from the beach access.

The house is within walking distance to several restaurants, a chocolate shop, an ice cream store, a wine shop, and several gift shops.
A premier outlet mall is a 5 minute drive.
The world renowned Newport Bay Aquarium is a 15 minute drive.
The town of Lincoln City, in which Olivia Beach is located, has everything a family could need or want including coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants(from the fun Pirate Pastry Shop to the first class dining/wine experience of the Bay House), shopping, and family activities.

Our stay at the Parker house was AMAZING! It was so well equipped for our children and had all the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with great cookware and updated appliances. Close to the beach and fabulous deck with large hot tub for entertainment! Thanks for renting out your beautiful beach home.

We stayed at the Parker House at Olivia Beach for a weekend in September 2009. We had a lovely visit. The house is very comfortable, spacious and in an excellent location. We are already planning our visit to Parker House for next year.
