Description of the Lincoln City vacation home rental

Sunroom with wall of windows looking out to the surf and sand oceanfront view. Huge deck with wooden chairs for panoramic whale watching..Wifi too. The dining table seats 6 great for puzzles and meals. Have a picnic on the 40' X 20' deck with hot tub. Beach access from the deck is 90 stairs where an almost private beach & tide pools await ...not many have beach stairs in this stretch of Lincoln City.

This house is perched in front of the Nelscott wave. Fabulous view of the surfers.
90 steps down to beach. No worries, there are resting benches!
You might also see a whale or two cruising by.

Wonderful Vacation Rental!

My wife and I stayed in the Submarine for 3 nights in June. The unit provided the perfect getaway, with all the amenities we needed. The LCD TVs, gas fireplace, and especially the amazing deck and hot tub provided the perfect experience! And the location can't be beat!! The property has an incredible front-row view to the ocean, with private stairs leading to the beach below. We loved that directly below the home there were fun tidepools to explore during low tide. Lots of fun...wishing we had more time!

A friend and I stayed 3 nights in the Submarine. Private, comfortable with a spectacular view of the coastline. If you're unable to do the steep stairs, two other beach accesses are nearby. Great shopping, a beautiful beach, wifi and a free 1/2 dozen doughnuts. Rental company staff were very helpful when needed. Have no complaints and would stay again. Cindy

The Submarine was awesome; just perfect for my husband and I. Great views, wonderful deck and hot tub, house was clean and newly remodeled - cute as can be. A-1 folks were extremely helpful.
