There is one bedroom with a queen bed on the main floor and three bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom features a luxurious master bathroom including both a large bath tub and shower, along with a dual sink. There is a third bedroom upstairs with another queen and the final bedroom contains two twin beds. The highlight of the house is a second floor balcony that overlooks the ocean.

The owners did a great job of supplying the house with anything you might need from a hair dryer to garbage bags to salt and pepper! The house was clean and the beds are amazing. This house was perfect for us and we will for sure be renting it again and telling our friends & family about it!

The house was beautiful. There was plenty of dishes for our party of 8. Kitchen was great. Rooms were very nice. Walking distance to the beach, and to famous Mo's. We had a wonderful time in Lincoln City, and the nice place to stay added to our joy. We hope to return, and will be staying here again.

We stayed in this home for 3 nights - 3 teenagers and 4 adults. It was great for accessing the beach and shops, was new construction and clean, and had instructions for how to work the tv! We enjoyednit tremendously!

We loved this house! It accomodated our family of eight comfortably. The house is beautiful and immaculate. Our car broke down on our vacation, so it was nice that we were within walking distance to the beach and grocery store. We were able to cook our own food, cutting down on expenses of the trip. We were also within walking distance of the famous Mo's restaurant and a mini-arcade. We would definitely stay there again.

I have rented many homes on the coast and I think your house should command $250-350 a night in the summer. The house was great good luck with the rentals.
