Perfect Weekend Cottage

We have been looking for the perfect weekend cottage to rent and wanted a beach front view, deck with hot tub, comfortable and updated amenities, clean, private, roomy and close to great food (Wildflower Grill for breakfast!). This is a great location and we are looking forward to our next trip to the coast and staying at the Seabird.

This is probably the 10th different house we've stayed at thru A1 and Seabird is among the best. The driveway is a fairly sloped and not the best for parking but there's a spacious two car garage (we fit an expedition EL and a Forrester). Lower level is garage and a master bedroom with deck/ocean view (one window). Middle level is large wide living area/ kitchen. It has a full wall of windows for a great panoramic view of the sand and ocean. It has PLENTIFUL seating that is very comfortable - best seating I've seen so far from A1 houses. There's a fireplace in the main area with a 37?" tv up above. There's another little room attached which is a small tv room with a smaller tv but lots of modern movies and windowed sliding doors to keep the noise in. Half bath is on middle level. Third level is three bedrooms. Two face away from the beach but have closets and are nice. Full bath at the end of the hall for those rooms. There's a master bedroom with a full beach view and attached full bathroom - very nice. Deck access is from the middle level. It's a decent sized deck with a hot tub. THe seating is very comfortable and the view is top notch. Hot tub is older but large, clean and working very well (no problem maintaining 103-104 degrees). Lots of jets for a good massage. No complaints on this place - and honestly there's usually something that seems kinda misrepresented (excellent advertising agency I guess) but this place is top notch all the way. Book early!
