Watavue Executive Beach Home, located just 50 feet from the sandy beach, has Ocean Views and luxurious amenities. Completely remodeled in the year 2006, the interiors of the house are truly amazing . The architect designer property, no expenses are spared, plenty of unique feature, custom furnishings and fine art, glasses in bathrooms, 2 cozy gas fire place, the artisan styled living area. Its only a 50 ft. walk to the sloped access to Wecoma Beach in Lincoln City.The west facing furnished rooms offers great ocean views , downstairs and upstairs . Mile of beautiful beach walk able north & south. The secluded en closed backyard along with patio area, outdoor furnishings , Barbeque . Convenient walking distance for Chinook Wind Casinos, finest restaurants, conference center & lot more around the Lincoln City .

Year round creeks flows through the property along with 2 artist designer bridges that flows on to beach through grove of coasts contorted pine. Wonderfully landscaped yard, highly maintained for year use . En-closed and secluded spacious backyard.

Kitchen is well stocked with all imaginable accoutrement & has generously equipped pantry . Modern appliances includes Starbucks espresso coffee machine , cuisine art blender, coffee maker, Henckel cutlery and Industrial strength mixers . Viking gas stove along with 2 ovens and grill . Sub zero side by sides refrigerator with ice-dispenser . 5 gallon filter water dispensers .

Lincoln City located at scenic Oregon Coasts on 45th parallel, located 11 ft above the sea level . It’s bordered by the 680 acres Devils lake and Coast Range at east and Pacific Ocean at west . It boats 71/2 miles of clean , sandy beaches, Salmon River at north and Siletz Bay & River to South . It enjoys mild maritime climates , has thriving retirements community & is famous tourist destination .
