Description of the Lincoln City vacation home rental
New energy efficient ductless air conditioning/ Heating system will keep you comfortable. Big screen tv with sound system and blu ray player, wi-fi as well. Nice back-yard and deck area with picnic table and two bbq's for friends and family to relax . House is well stocked with everything you will need like washer/dryer, dishwasher, utensils, linens, coffee maker, pots & pans, stocked kitchen and microwave. Two blocks to beach & approximately 3-4 blocks to casino, Interested in workout or swimming?? Playing basketball?? About half mile to Lincoln City’s recreational center.
Two King size beds, one full size bed and comfortable bunk beds, for little champs , 2 bedrooms offer TV’s, one has vhs/dvd player. 2 bathrooms stocked with conditioner, shampoo and soap .

What a wonderful week
October 16, 2012
There were six of us from Idaho playing int the BCA billiards tournament at the Chinook Winds. This was our first time to stay at this great home. And we all enjoyed every minute of our stay and all the great amenities at your home. The separated bedrooms. the large, comfortable front room, the open kitchen were really appreciated. We all thought the labels on the kitchen doors and drawers was a very quaint and handy touch. Thank you! We will be back for the next tournament. Chuck Tate

The house was everything it was advertised to be. We had a whole week of wonderful beach time and loved being able to come home from our day of exploring to settle comfortably in a home, be able to cook what we want, when we want and not have to worry about anything but ourselves.
