Comfortable Queen bed with sitting Chair with ottoman to relax or to read a book. 2nd Bedroom has a queen/Sitting futon with a twin on top. Home has Queen airbed in 2nd bedroom closet. Various movies and a few games are available for your use. Home has plenty of bedding for all rooms and extra to accommodate your various needs. Ample amount of towels are provided for the kitchen and bath. City has designated 2 dedicated Parking spots –1 Large and 1 compact. The house is located on a quite dead-end street. It is walking distance to the outlets and close to the beach.

Cancellations Policy::
No Refunds if Cancellation is within 30 Days Prior to Date of Reservation 50% Refund of Rental Fees if Cancellation is within 60 Days Prior to Date of Reservation (100% Refund of Cleaning Fee and Pet Fee) 100% Refund of All Fees Paid if Cancellation is Made at Least 61 Days Prior to Reservation-Cancellation Fee ($50) automatically. Same for changes to include switching, reduction in days, and other owner allowable changes, if made at least 61 days prior date of reservation- Cancellations/ Changes fees will apply. (Min $50)- All Refunds will be sent as a Check Payment/or credit card refund within 30 days. Refund---a one time Processing fee of $15 will be collected on all refunds.

Devils Lake, deep only in terms of historic folklore, is 1/3 mile wide, 3 miles long, and reaches a depth of only 22 feet. Nine species of freshwater fish beckon the fisherman, while water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, knee-boarding and jet skiing engage other sports enthusiasts. Flowing from Devils Lake is the "D" River, which holds the title of the "World's Shortest River". From its source at Devils Lake, the river reaches its destination of the Pacific in a mere 120 feet.

Fly your own kite or watch the spectacular aerial displays of color and shape at the D River Wayside. Voted the "Kite Capital of the World", Lincoln City receives steady winds because of the unique location on the 45th parallel.
