The moment you step into this timeless treasure you will feel the joy of an oceanfront home, the magnificent view and miles of sandy beach. The pleasure of peace and quiet, the comfort and serenity of your own private retreat.

This is a small home with only 2 bedrooms, each with a queen. Perfect for 2-4 people. The full kitchen with a gas cook stove, gas fireplace and a fenced yard and 2 full baths.
Also there is a roll-a-way that is good for a child but not an adult.

The nice thing is, you views are oceanfront and just as good inside the house and on the private patio.

Summer or winter, this is your home away from home.
So watch the whales, look for glass floats, walk for miles or just enjoy the sand, surf and the ocean, visit the casino, play golf or just relax.

Area Information

Enjoy an Oregon Coast Beach Vacation in a Vacation Home in Lincoln City.

This home is in a quite and peaceful area of Lincoln City, but still within minutes to all the activities available.

You a just a mile south of the Factory Store, 5 miles north to the Casino. A 6 plex Movie Theater is 1 block away. The Christmas Cottage is within walking distance as is a Chocloate Factory and a wonderful Wine Shop.

You can walk for miles on a sandy beach, with tide pool and lots os Star Fish within a 1/2 mile either way. The beach access is just a cement ramp onto the sand, no stairs ot steps and only 1 minute away from the home.

Within minutes is several resturants, a Mexican, Chinese, and of course local and fresh Seafood to eat in, take out or become your own chef in the kitchen.

30 minutes to the south is the Aquarium in Newport. Or 15 miles south is the Charter Boats, whale watching or Deep S Fishing.

Take the kids 2 miles north of the home you are renting and take in some min golf or spend the afternoon at the Community center and the swinning pool there and the rock climbing wall.

We also have a skate park here in Lincoln Climbing wall.

If you want to take some day trips, 1 hour north is Tillamook and the Cheese Factory and the Blimp Museum.

Or 1 hour east on the way to Portland is McMinnville and the Spruse Goose Museum and the Water Park.

Or just relax and enjoy the beach and your time away from the hustle and bustle of normal life.
