Description of the Lincoln City vacation home rental

This newly built home is now available as a vacation rental. The panorama view is to died for, the comfort and livable will make you feel at home immediately.

Accommodation for 6 people only, and no more then 3 cars. This home is a must for your next stay in Lincoln City whether for a weekend or a week, truly a magnificent home with a magnificence view.

This is a 3 story home, with the garage and laundry on the top floor. Down one flight of stairs is the main floor, the living, dining and kitchen, also the master bath and king bedroom.

Down another flight of stairs are two more bedrooms, one with a trundle (2 twins) and one with a queen. All three bedrooms have good views of the beach. This home welcomes a small pet under 15 pounds upon approval. Internet service is also in the house.

Area Information

Enjoy an Oregon Coast Beach Vacation in a Vacation Home in Lincoln City.

This home is in a quite and peaceful area of Lincoln City, but still within minutes to all the activities available.

You a just a mile south of the Factory Store, 5 miles north to the Casino. A 6 plex Movie Theater is 1 block away. The Christmas Cottage is within walking distance as is a Chocloate Factory and a wonderful Wine Shop.

You can walk for miles on a sandy beach, with tide pool and lots os Star Fish within a 1/2 mile either way. The beach access is just a cement ramp onto the sand, no stairs ot steps and only 1 minute away from the home.

Within minutes is several resturants, a Mexican, Chinese, and of course local and fresh Seafood to eat in, take out or become your own chef in the kitchen.

30 minutes to the south is the Aquarium in Newport. Or 15 miles south is the Charter Boats, whale watching or Deep S Fishing.

Take the kids 2 miles north of the home you are renting and take in some min golf or spend the afternoon at the Community center and the swinning pool there and the rock climbing wall.

We also have a skate park here in Lincoln Climbing wall.

If you want to take some day trips, 1 hour north is Tillamook and the Cheese Factory and the Blimp Museum.

Or 1 hour east on the way to Portland is McMinnville and the Spruse Goose Museum and the Water Park.

Or just relax and enjoy the beach and your time away from the hustle and bustle of normal life.

Great view

We came here for our 40th wedding anniversary with our son, daughter and her boyfriend and had a great time. The house is beautiful and has great view of the ocean from every room . We hope to come back soon.
