Description of the Lincoln City vacation home rental

Conveniently located on Oceanview Avenue -- the main road into the now famous Bella Beach vacation community and on down to the popular Oceanview Avenue beach access...a common place for families to gather to watch whales or a dramatic sunset.

Sea Haven is the perfectly situated getaway for a fun family gathering or group get-together. Its thoughtfully designed floor plan and luxury décor will draw you back again and again! Sea Haven offers three (or four) bedrooms, a detailed cooks kitchen, living area with a fireplace, 5 large flat screen TV's, a Wii and private fenced hot tub area. This home has it all!

The inviting main floor features a well-appointed kitchen and large dining table for the entire family, the living are offers plenty of seating for taking in a movie viewed on a large flat screen TV or just relaxing by the fireplace. Off the living room there is a half bath, laundry area and the master suite with king bed, luxury Pottery Barn linens, a master bath with large tiled shower, jetted tub and db sinks for that at home comfort. The second floor with it's soft tones offers two bedrooms, one with an amazingly comfortable king bed, Pottery Barn linens, large flat screen TV and sitting area for reading or relaxing in privacy...the third bedroom offers a bunk bed consisting of a bottom full mattress and the top twin mattress and shared bath with plenty of fresh white towels. There’s also an large flat screen TV in the family area for watching movies, playing video games or using the provided Wii. If accommodations are needed for nine just add in the loft with an extra queen bed and private bath to "accommodate 9".

Security deposits are retained by the credit card number and charged if terms require forfeit of deposit. We accept a maximum of two charge cards per reservation.
