Spectacular 180 degree view of the ever changing Siltez Bay. A family friendly beach awaits you only steps from the back doors. Whether you're a storm watcher, bird watcher, or just want a relaxing get away...This property will not disappoint.

Custom finishes and furnishings throughout...Complete with hot tub, outdoor gas ignited fire pit, stainless BBQ, and plenty of patio and deck space to enjoy a glass of wine or microbrew from our local venders.

Area Information

Located at the south end of Lincoln City in a quaint and charming neighborhood surrounded by other cottages and a few newer homes. Bayside Bungalow is just steps from the bays sand and water. This quiet beach is " family friendly" , kids and adults alike will enjoy the calm water and small lapping waves (no sneaker-waves here folks). The ever-changing bay waters is one of this properties best features. As the tide rolls in and out you see the eagles, herons, pelicans, and seagulls search for food. Kite-boarders, clammers,and kayakers take advantage of this areas wonderful water as well. There are three designated parking spaces on the property and only a short five-minute walk to public transportation (if needed).

Every room is elegant yet comfortable. The views are awesome. The home is locacted off the beaten track but close to amenities.Kayaking in the bay is incredible.Everything you need is provided.I would recommend this place to anyone.Sunsets from the deck with a glass of wine will always be remebered.

Ever changing bay view

We stayed there at the end of December last year and had a wonderful time. The home is relaxing and perfect for a large gathering with the open upstairs plan. I enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning watching the ever changing bay out the many view windows. This house shouts quality and good taste! Connie H

Stayed here for one week. Views were absolutely breathtaking! Comfort level and accomodations were excellent. Absolutely loved waking up in the morning to the view and proximity to the beach. The deck off the living room had a fantastic view and feel. Excellent location to many different activities. The home and confort of this location was amazing and I would recommend this place to anyone along the coast.
