Vacation Rental Description
Weekly Special: Rent 6 nights get the 7th night FREE. $99 per night mid-week winter rates for this quintessential oceanfront cottage fondly known as one of the "cliff houses" is perched on a high bluff overlooking a pristine sandy beach in SW Lincoln City. It offers a majestic bird’s eye view of the pounding surf and endless sea in a quiet and charming residential neighborhood. Your winding yet gentle approach to the home may be breathtaking and include a heart tugging moment upon first glimpse at the waves crashing precariously close onto the secluded Canyon State Park beach access frequented by locals, which is a leisurely two minute stroll away. Main beach access is located a short two blocks further with public restrooms.
The cottage has large picture windows to capture the panoramic views and is bright and sunny all day. If you prefer, spend your day relaxing outside in the large oceanfront grassy backyard. The recently updated home has contemporary furnishings and features whitewashed wood laminate flooring and berber carpeting, delightful gas fireplace/stove, mood lighting with dimmer control, decorator paint colors, and sought after features such as a generously stocked kitchen with gas range, upstairs washer/dryer, wireless internet, and satellite television with DVD player. There is ample paved parking for four cars on the property.
The cottage is walking distance to the Tanger shopping outlets, grocery and convenience stores, visitor information center, public library, city hall, and post office, and less than a ten minute drive to all popular attractions in Lincoln City. After a fun filled day, you will love returning to your cottage by the sea!
Note: Due to high bluff location of the home, young children visiting or staying at the home must be closely supervised.
