This beautiful, four-bedroom, two-and-one-half bath, three-level, OCEANFRONT townhouse has PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS with a lit surf at night! 62" Wide screen TV,
DVD Player and FREE Wireless internet! Bring your IPOD, we have a built-in speaker system that you can connect your IPOD to and listen throughout the house.

The house is exquisitely furnished and decorated. Gourmet kitchen, granite countertops throughout the house, heated natural stone floors, carpeting, Captains Wheel on the 3rd level, PC workspace in master bedroom suite. Special features include a wood deck overlooking the ocean - which is a great place to watch the sunset or whale watching while sitting in your beach chair!

This beautiful beach house was built in 1978, and completely updated and remodeled in 2009 and has approximately 2000 square feet of living space. It offers all the comforts of home - and is "ONE OF THE NICEST PRIVATE VACATION RENTALS ON THE OREGON COAST."

The first floor has two bedrooms. One has two twin beds, while the other has a queen-size bed and a sliding glass door leading out to the wooden deck and sand area. There is a full bath on this level. Sliding glass door with wooden deck.

The second level is the main living area. It has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, half bath, along with the kitchen, dining room, living/family room area with 62" wide screen TV along with wireless internet!, woodstove, laundry room with steam front loading washer and dryer.

The third level has the master bedroom suite with a king-size bed, a full-size bath, and a sitting area out front with bay windows that overlook the ocean. Our captains wheel is a favorite fixture on the third level!

We are conveniently located in the middle of town - just north of the "D" River. We share a beach access with the hotel next door; and there is an area to drive onto the beach just two blocks away for those who don't like stairs. We have a wonderful beach right in front of our home, with lots of rocks for climbing and tidepools for exploring

This is a great location for a romantic getaway or a family vacation!

We are located 1/2 mile north of the 'D' River - which is located in the center of Lincoln City.
