Description of the Lincoln vacation condo rental

5 bedroom home - sleeps 10-14 people depending upon sleep configuration. Our home in beautiful Lincoln, NH in the heart of the White Mountains sits directly across the street from Loon Mountain. All completely renovated and basically in brand new condition, this unit provides all the comforts of home in a unique setting with dramatic winter views of Loon Mountain ski trails and mountains. Year round activities galore for your vacation with family and friends.

Home has 5 bedrooms, Master Bedroom with bath, 3 bedrooms with Queen size beds, bedroom with 2 twin beds, lower level game room with futon. In addition we also have a new full size sleep sofa and 3 aero beds for use if needed.

Completely remodeled and stunning:
This beautiful home with views of Loon Mountain has recently had a complete renovation with new hardwood floors, new kitchen and baths, granite countertops with high end appliances and all new furniture in all rooms, it is just immaculate.

Equipped with everything you and your family need for your personal vacation. All towels, sheets and linens provided. All brand new furnishings throughout. Full kitchen with all cooking necessities. Full access to health club with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, health club, game room and jacuzzi.

Flexible availability:
We consider all types of rentals from long term seasonal rentals, to weekly rentals and even weekend or weekday rentals. Contact us with your request and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Everything was perfect! We saw a lot of wildlife on the mountain right from the deck. Very spacious and all that we needed was there. There was more than enough room for all of us. Will definitely stay again next year.

The place was beautiful! The location on the end of the cul de sac was perfect as it was quiet with no problems for parking. Everything was emaculate when we arrived. The beds were all comfortable with lots of pillows. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots and pans, utensils and a generous supply of starter paper goods. We all had a great time and would definately recommend this place to another family as it accommodated every age with books, dvds and plenty of games for everyone including the little ones. Our only complaint was that the outdoor grill could have been larger for such a big unit.

The best escape I ever had. I have to say this was by far the best place I have ever stayed in. There is not 1 thing they haven't forgotten in this beautiful house. The pictures don't even do the house justice. The house holds more then we had in our group and we had 15 people staying there. The views are amazing, the house was spotless, and we plan on making this an annual retreat.

Ten Thumbs Up!

The Chalet at Loon was the perfect setting for our family celebration vacation. There are ten of us in our extended family, including a three year-old grandaughter, two teen-aged grandsons, five adults, and the grandparents (my husband and me). The bedroom configuration worked really well for us. The gameroom on the lower level was well used (especially the xbox), and the living-room was large enough for all of us to sit together to watch various Olympic games on the flat screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped, and large enough for several cooks to be working in together, and the dining-room seated us all for fun family dinners. It was all exactly as described in the information provided on-line.

We appreciated the laundry facilities, the towels and linens provided, and the overall cleanliness and classiness of the home. The views out the windows are spectacular, and the decks were sunny places to enjoy more of those views.

Our trip was planned in advance, and the owners were very helpful, answering all our questions quickly and cordially. We loved the town of Linclon, which was close enough to bike to and had a good variety of restaurants, shops, and activities available. And we all enjoyed the use of the pools, sauna, hot-tub, etc at the club complex which was an easy walk from the condo.

The area offers so much in the way of natural beauty and out-door activities that we were always on the go, but managed to feel fully relaxed whenever we were in the chalet. Ours was a summer vacation, but it seems like this property would be equally wonderful for winter enthusiasts. We will highly recommend this property to friends.

What a WELCOMING Home!

We 8 retired farmers and spouses from Oklahoma couldn't believe how blessed we were to find such a lovely place, newly furnished, to meet our needs. The view was lovely, the home was comfortable, so close to many activities. We played a lot of games and the table was perfect. We highly recommend this lovely place. It is more delightful than the pictures.

Great vacation spot!

This is the second year in a row that I have rented this beautiful home. The house is impecably clean and in such a great spot. The view from the dining room and living room is breathtaking! I traveled with a group of 14 and the house was big enough to sleep everyone comfortably. The kitchen is big which is a definite plus! Every year our guests are amazed with the size and beauty of the home. I will definitely be traveling back next winter!

Our family was in New Hampshire for a wedding. Staying at the chalet was perfect for us. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths to accomodate the 4 couples and it was an ideal gathering place for us to reconnect with family. We thoroughly enjoyed your beautifully appointed home. Our recent stay at Connies place was incredible!! This home surpassed all our needs. The property was spotless and extremely well-appointed. It had brand new furniture and appliances. There was nothing we needed that they did not think of. The beds were comfy and the home had plenty of room for our large group. No tripping over someone else's feet! First class all the way. We definitly would recommend this home to friends and will be staying there again ourselves.

We had a great weekend in your lovely home, it is such a relaxing place, decorated perfectly! You have thought of everything for a great weekend or longer. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the chalet. The chalet, itself, was gorgeous and in perfect condition. We couldn't have asked for a better location, being right across the street from Loon Mountain.
