Description of the Lincoln vacation condo rental

Unique rentals in the Heart of the White Mountains with shuttle bus to Loon Mountain. We have two studio condos at The Lodge at Lincoln Station in Lincoln, NH, that we have joined together with an adjoining, hotel approved, lock-off door. Each unit has a Queen size bed, full bathroom, A/C, kitchen, Cable TV plus one unit has a futon and the other unit has a set of bunk beds.

We are offering the units for rent individually or together, nightly, weekly or long-term.

Rates listed are for one studio only.....we will discount the rates if you wish to rent both adjoining studios.

Units are also available for rental by the season or long-term.

One Studio unit would be $550 a month not including utilities for two or more months for 2009. Please call or email for more details.

The resort boasts free WiFi in the Great Room, an indoor pool & hot tub, outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball, game rooms, outdoor gas grill, snowmobile trails, on-site laundry, ski lockers, a free shuttle bus at our front door to Loon Mountain and a fantastic gathering room featuring a massive fieldstone fireplace.

There's phenomenal skiing at Loon & Cannon as well as a skating, cross country skiing, tubing and snowmobiling nearby.

Lincoln offers to visitors the opportunity to visit the White Mountains for all types of outdoor adventures as well as major outlet shopping in nearby North Conway.

We rented Condo #A115 for the months of July/Aug./Sept. and had a wonderful experience. This was a perfect location to partake in the local activities while househunting. With WIFI in the Great Room we were able to search for our home and correspond with our realtor. The rooms were nice and clean and included spare cleaners for our extended stay. The kitchen was stocked with materials to prepare simple meals. Having the end unit was ideal when sitting on the porch; it felt as if you were one with nature and could hear the soft sounds of the Pemi River behind us. We even had a moose pausing then walking by our parking area which lead to a dead end. With the pay laundry area in the basement, we never needed to travel far when our dirty clothes built-up. Both television and DVD player woked great and the newly installed air conditioner came in handy during two months that had some hotter days and/or evenings. The hot water was readily available. The rental process went well!

The condo was in wonderful condition--clean, updated, and incredibly comfortable. It had all the amenities of home and was very inviting. The owners were always available and quite helpful. I highly recommend this condo for its great charm and ideal location.
