Description of the Lincoln vacation condo rental

This sunny condo overlooks the Pemigawasset River and Loon Mt. South Peak. Located in the Lodge at Lincoln Station, which is a 'condotel', each unit is individually owned.

Our unit has a large bedroom with new queen bed, TV, VCR. The bathroom has been newly re-painted. The living room features a new queen size sleep sofa, TV, DVD, radio with a slider that walks out to a private deck so you can enjoy the beautiful views of mountains and relax to the calming sounds of the river. The kitchen area features a full set of appliances, including new full refrigerator, new stove/oven, dishwasher, a new microwave, coffemaker, blender, as well as all cooking and dining supplies.

The common areas of the Lodge include outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, barbeque area, outdoor deck with tables and seating (summer only), indoor pool and whirlpool, locker rooms with saunas, game room, laundry room, ski lockers and bike storage. The Great Room has a beautiful stone fireplace, large screen TV, books, games, and ample seating areas. Free WIFI is also available in the Great Room.

Area Description

Our location is ideal on the Kangamangus Highway in Lincoln, NH - less than a mile from Loon Mt, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The White Mountains provide many outdoor activities year around, hiking, biking, canoe/kayaking, snow shoeing, as well as downhill and cross country skiing.

We are 5 minutes from Lincoln Woods, 10 minutes from Franconia Notch State Park and Cannon Mt., 20 minutes from Waterville Valley, 45 minutes from Bretton Woods, about an hour (depending on the sesason and road conditions) to Conway/North Conway with shopping, restaurants and several more ski areas.

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order
Required Stay: 2 night Minimum, Holiday weekends, 3 nights, Inquire about monthly and long term rates
Deposits: Seasonal and longer term rentals - a lease will be executed. Security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. Rental fee is due on the 1st of each month. Monthly rentals - security deposit of $300 is required. Rental fee due on the 1st of each month. Weekly and nightly rentals - deposit of 1 night's rent will be required to hold the reservation. The balance is due at the beginning of your stay. You will be given card keys to the unit, which also provides access to the pool.
Other Fees: Monthly rental rates include electric. For long term rentals - Security deposits will be returned at the end of the rental period upon return of keys and unit inspection. Weekly and Nightly Rentals - Please bring your own towels and sheets. With rentals of 6 months or more, you may elect to pay the electric yourself. We will be happy to work with you on this and discount the monthly rate depending on season.

Spectacular, October 28, 2009

If you need to be rejuvenated this is the place to come. Spectacular views,with the tranquility of the rushing river below from the deck, is one of my favorites. Then there are the fun places to eat with great food, lounging by the pool side with a good book or taking a hike on the many trails. After a fun filled day I love to go & sit in the jacuzzi, then lounge on the deck & take in all the wonderful sights & sounds that this Lincoln retreat has to offer. Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall, for me there is no better place to go for a little piece of heaven.

Great base for a stay in the White Mountains, August 19, 2009

We were a group of four adults who stayed at the condo for three nights. The unit was very comfortable and well appointed with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. It has a great deck that overlooks the river and offers stunning views of the mountains. At night we left the slider open to hear the sound of the river outside. The only issue we encountered, which was so minor it barely requires mentioning, was the staff at the complex. Some staff members were stand-offish and reluctant to answer questions about the area or the complex amenities apparently because the unit owners handle the rental themselves rather than the condo association. However, plenty of information is provided in the unit and one of the neighbors, Mr. DePalma, was super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the view and the sound of the river from the porch. The air conditioning works well, but there is only a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The owners were very pleasant to deal with, and we would highly recommend going there. We would love to go again!

Our one week stay in this centrally located one bedroom condo (at the edge of the Kangamagus, 40 minutes across to Conway) was perfect. Has a private little deck with beautiful mountain view, overlooking a grassy area and the tree lined rivers edge. You can hear the river rush by, which was especially wonderful at night. About 30 steps to the rivers edge. Bring your own towels, linens and cell phone. Everything else (comforters, dishes, cookware, all utensils, toaster, blender, hair dryer, games etc.) is provided. Nice size bedroom, large closets, pull out couch in living area. Small table seats four. Condo capacity is up to 4 or 5 people max. Owners are totally awesome. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience! Highly recommend.

We purchased our unit in April 2006. We have enjoyed using our unit and have had a successful long term rentor. This unit is ideal for people who are seasonally employed in the Lincoln area or plan on spending several months to a year in the Lincoln area.
