Bring your family to our spacious two bedroom condo located on the banks of the Pemi River in the Lodge at Lincoln Station.
Just 1.5 miles off Rt. 93 and 1 mile from Loon Mountain, you are conveniently located on the Kancamagus Hwy, your gateway to the Franconia Notch area in the beautiful White Mountains. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants.
Our family friendly condo provides you with all the comforts of home. This condo has 1 private bedroom on the first floor, with a full/twin bunk beds and a futon. Upstairs is a VERY COMFORTABLE King sized bed, 2 twin beds(trundle) and the living room.
All linens and towels are provided. There is one bathroom, however there are facilities near the pool with showers, toilets and a sauna. Smoking or pets are never allowed.
Amenities in the unit are: 2 TVs, 2 VCRs, 2 DVD players, game system with several games, assorted board games, Legos, assorted VHS tapes and DVDs(for a rainy day), and air conditioning.
There is FREE wireless internet in the great room.
The Pemi River is right outside the back door with stairs leading to it.
There is both an indoor and an outdoor pool. A hot tub, tennis courts, and basketball nets are also available. There are grills provided by the pool, if you want to bbq.
There are two video game rooms, a pool table room, and a separate ping pong room.

Swimming in your own private river in the backyard or the indoor or outdoor pool located on the property. There are newly refinished tennis courts and basketball nets on the property. New Hampshire's natural attractions are within biking distance: Franconia Notch, Cannon Mt Tram, Loon's Gondola, Lost River, The Flume, Echo Lake, Indian Head, and The Basin.
Other activities close by are:
Horseback riding, golf, mountain biking, Hobo Railroad, miniature golf, Whale's Tail Water Park, Clark's Trading Post, movie theaters, live theater, tours, rock climbing walls. Also within driving distance to Mount Washington, Cog Railway, Attitash Alpine Slide, Storyland, Santa's Village and Six Gun City.
