Three of us spent a week at this condo in Lincoln, NH. The Lodge itself is very nice, clean and the people were very friendly and helpful. The condo itself was very clean and accomodating. The view of the mountain from the balcony was awesome and we had our morning coffee looking at the view. I would rcommend this place. We had a great time and would love to rent this condo again some time.

We periodically visit New England in the Fall and this was an excellent spot to base our day trips from. The condo had a balcony overlooking the Pemigewasset River and the mountains, you can hear the river from the room. The only thing missing was a fireplace, otherwise it was ideal. We definately would book this property again

We have stayed many places in Lincoln. The location of this condo is perfect. The property was nice and clean. The full kitchen is sparsely appointed, so if you like to eat in.. you should bring a few things you might need. The queen bed is very firm and the pull out couch needed the help of an air mattress in order for our adult-sized teenagers to be comfortable. All in all we had a wonderful time and the value for $99 is good.

Only spent the weekend but wish we spent the whole week in NH. This Condo was cozy and just what we needed. The views from the balcony were great with the foliage along the mountains and hearing the Pemi River from the room was an added bonus. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed her for an overnight. Very comfortable and a great location across from the Common Man and Minutes to Loon. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great weekend here. There was a nice view of the river, very close to the New South Mountain Lodge and the cross country skiing trails were great too. Very pleasant check-in with a welcoming, huge fireplace in the lobby. Most accommodating in all.

I have been a travel agent for 30 years so I've had the opportunity to visit alot of different types of accommodations, this property was no disappointment. We loved it. It was spotless and well maintained. The location was perfect. I wouldn't have changed anything. We can't wait to go again. Thanks for a great weekend!
