Description of the Lincoln vacation condo rental

Perfect for a summer, winter, spring or fall vacation! This condominium overlooks the beautiful Pemigawasset River in the heart of the White Mountains of New Hampshire. This roomy and warmly decorated condominium is located right on the Kangamangus Highway less than a mile from Loon Mountain with free ski shuttle service to Loon.

Condo has one bedroom with queen bed, living area with queen sofabed, kitchen, cable tv, vcr and sliders that open to a deck, offering beautiful views. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. This is a fun place with GREAT rates for singles, couples and families. Rent from owners and get amazing rates and care.

Rates Valid until 3/1/2008
Monday - Thursday: $109 per night.
Friday - Sunday: $119 per night
One Week: $625.
Rates do not include our annoying mandatory 8% NH Tax
We'd like a 2 night minimum on weekends, 3 night minimum for holiday weekends

While we are right in the middle of everything in Lincoln, our spot overlooks the back of the property - right over the Pemmigawasset River and Loon Mountain's south peak. The views are gorgeous during all four seasons - our sunny condo really makes you feel like you are away from it all. • Deposits: We require 50% deposit to secure the dates and the remainder upon arrival. We have not had any need to require a security deposit yet. When you check in, you'll be given keys to the unit and a pool card, which gets you into the pool.
   
• Other Fees: All linens and towels are already in the condo. An additional charge will be required for daily maid/laundry service, if you should request it. Coin operated laundry is on-site

We stayed her for an overnight. Very comfortable and a great location across from the Common Man and Minutes to Loon. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great weekend here. There was a nice view of the river, very close to the New South Mountain Lodge and the cross country skiing trails were great too. Very pleasant check-in with a welcoming, huge fireplace in the lobby. Most accommodating in all.
