This beautiful house is located in the historical area of Setubal. Very light, spacious, confortable, charming and quiet in a safe area both day and night. Recently renovated. Fully furnished with quality and confort and very well equipped. There are 2 double bedrooms, very confortable and both of them have Tv, all the linen and towels are provided.
Big windows in the living room welcome the Setubal sun. Confortable seating for 6 people with Cable tv, radio and cd-player.
The kitchen is functional, light, and fully equiped.
There is one clean and renovated bathroom.
Outside (house back) a nice terrace with table and garden chairs and a barbecue where you can enjoy a nice meal and the Setubal sun!
Children of all ages are very welcome and pets are allowed!
The house is in a great location for walking to dinner, shopping, sight-seeing, and even beaches if you walk to the ferry and go to Troia (you can see dolphins from the ferry!).

Area Description

Setubal is famous for the amazing beaches, specially Troia. The Ferry Boat to Troia is 15 minutes walking from the house and there is one every 15 minutes! Setubal is also very famous for the Dolphins that live in our River (Sado River), there are some boat trip to see closely this outstanding animals! If you are interested, please let us now, and we will arrange it for you!
We can also organise a car tour to the Arrábida Hills, the Arrábida landscape is unique and also the Setúbal coast. The view is unique.
In Setubal you can cycling, fishing, golf, mountain biking, swimming, tennis, walking, paragliding and boat tours in Sado River to watch the Dolphins that live in our River!
The main city atractions are the beaches, the most famous is Troia, and the FerryBoat to Troia is only 15minutes walking from the house. There are many other beaches that can be easily reached by car/bus/bike. We can provide you our own transportation to this beaches (by car). Setubal is also famous for the great gastronomy, specially the grilled fresh fish! The house is 5 minutes walking from the best Restaurants in town.
Setubal museums are: Labour museum; Archeology and Ethnography museum; Setubal City Museum.
The Bocage Square is also 10 minutes walking from the house, and here you can find the best shop area in the city with very good prices!
Bonfim Park is ideal to spend some time relaxing with nature or playing with the children!
