Description of the Litchfield vacation villa rental

At the Tacoma Lakes Villa in Maine, time stops. It has another meaning. At the peninsula attached to the Private Estate reside a charming couple of loons. Come Experience 'Life as it should be'. You deserved it.

We welcome up to 8 Guests at our vacation rental villa, with: 4 Bedrooms, 1 Den, 3 Bathrooms, 4 Queen Beds. However, the rates listed below are for 6 Guests. There is a fee of $150.00 per additional guest. The local taxes are 7% and the Cleaning fee is $200.00 There is no smoking inside the Villa. Rates & rental guidelines are subject to change per owners discretion. A full refund minus 10% will be given if a cancellation notice is received at least 90 days or more prior to your booking date. There will be no refund of deposit after that. There will be no Refund for Early Departure. The Villa is cleaned and beds are made prior to your arrival. Please Note That This Villa Books Fast, So Reserve Early.

The Rental is for 7 nights and 8 days starting Saturday, 3PM to the following Saturday, 10AM. There is $600 refundable security deposit and a non-refundable $200 cleaning fee plus a 7% Sales Tax. A deposit of 50% of the rate will confirm your reservation. The Remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your booked time. The Villa directions will be mailed or e-mailed to you upon receipt of the full payment. If the reservation is made 90 days before the date of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of the reservation. You may book more than 1 week at a time. The Security deposit will be mailed to you after the villa is cleaned & inspected for damage.

Tacoma Lakes Villa is a remarkable and gorgeous 3,500 sq ft secluded Lake front Villa with an outstanding 500 ft of Serene Waterfront with private beach, 5 Acres of Peace and Tranquility, 3 elegant Bedrooms and 1 Master Bedroom, a Splendid Living room, a Lovely large modern gourmet Kitchen with a five-seater island's eating counter and all the new desired appliances needed to express the Chef in you, a boudoir upstairs to read quietly your favorite book or just to be alone with your thoughts, a huge vaulted ceiling 4 Car Garage, a Boat garage, a Playhouse, 4 park benches in the field, a red picnic table, a large patio swing set, a garden swing set, a red stone Walking Path to the 40' long Dock, a Bridge over the Brook, a 12' x 16' screened Pine Porch, a 12'x 29' Deck, a 10' x 5' stone Patio with a red public bench, a white post Lantern and an iron cast Bird Bath.

During September through November, come appreciate Maine and its wonderful and colored settings for fall leaf peeping. The foliage is magnificent over there. And in Winter, not only that we are close to many big ski resort, but also if you decide to have a quiet day at home, you can enjoy our Sauna directly at the Villa. It is located in Litchfield, Maine and is about 2 hrs from Boston, 1h30 of Sunday River Ski Resort, 50 min of Old Orchard Beach, 40 min of Portland (Airport), 25 min of Lost Valley Ski Resort and 20 min of Freeport (home of outlet stores such as L.L. Bean, Gap, etc.), 15 min of Augusta (Maine's Capital City) and 10 min of Lewiston, Maine. The Estate overlooks one of the best, clearest and cleanest lake in Maine: The Tacoma Lakes (a group of 4 lakes link together). It contains one of the best bass fishes (large & small mouth), perch, brown trout, pickerel and sunfish.

Beside all the comfort this open floor plan house has to offer, all the modern technology and recreation activities equipment such as: Wireless High Speed Internet, Computers, Laptop, Fax, Printers, E-mail, Xbox, Cube, Nintendo, PlayStation, PlayStation II, DVDs, Canoe, Paddle boats, etc..., are options available upon request for guest's convenience. Two golf courses are less than 5 min away. If you like Lobsters, clams, crabs, fishes or mussels, this is the place to be. There are several places to buy lobster in the area. You can even order them already cooked( boiled, steamed, etc.) to bring and eat home. And, if you prefer to eat out, we can provide you information with all the many choices for terrific seafood dinners.
