7 nights @ $2,000 per day
(5 night minimum) @ $2,600 per day
Additional nights available @ $500 per night
A security deposit of $4,000 is required. For reservations, one half of rent (non-refundable) is due with contract. The balance of the rent, and security must be paid by Friday January 18, 2008. The $4,000 security deposit will be fully refunded within 10 days after check out providing there are no charges or damages to the property or property contents. Cashiers check is required for all payments or credit card payments accepted via PayPal.
AMENITIES:
Bedrooms include queen beds, bedding and all furnishings for your comfort. Fourth room is a sitting room with futon couch for optional 4th bed.
Bathrooms include towels, soap and hair products.
Large livingroom with bay window, includes couch, chase, chair, ottoman and big screen TV with cable. Sound system through out house.
Spacious kitchen and dinning indlude all appliances and dishware. Pantry and refrigerator stocked with coffee, beer, liquor, wine, soft drinks and snacks upon arrival.
